    Hi All,

    I've decided to keep a log of everything that i do for my new journey.

    This will be a double log as i have alot of weight to lose as well and wanting to improve my penis in size and health.

    My current starting stats are:

    BPEL: 5.25"
    EG (MS) 4.70"

    and my targets are:

    BPEL: 7.00"
    EG (MS) 5.5"


    As for my weight loss here are my current stats, im not going to set any "final" targets but will post something to aim towards and rethink once i've made it there. my stats are off alot more than i original posted in my other intro thread as i was going off body measurements taken a couple of months back, here's more accurate info

    Height: 5ft4
    Weight: 14st 6lb 5oz

    Chest: 42"
    Stomach: 44"
    Waist: 42" (although 38" jeans still fit????)
    Thighs: 26" each
    Biceps: 14" each

    targets:

    Weight down to 12st
    Chest down to 38"
    Stomach down to 36-38"
    Waist down to 36"
    Starting Stats: 25/08/2012

    BPEL: 5.25"
    NBPEL:4"

    EG(MS) 4.70"
