So due mostly to time constraints I haven't been able to utilize many (if any) manual exercises for quite a while (Over a year).
I've been sticking with just simple Bathmate plugs in the shower during the day. But now my scheduling has changed, I have a lot more time available.
My question for any of the pros is: Should I start back into an intermediate level routine or should I jump back to beginners (JP's 90, etc)?
I started in 09'. Didn't PE right, OR eat well.
PE started me on the process to better overall health.
I've now lost 165lbs total and I'm getting closer to my personal PE goals.

    BPEL 6.0 (152mm) x EG 4.5 (114mm) as of 02/13/10
    BPEL 7.5 (191mm) x EG 5 (121mm) as of 08/25/11

Jp90 along with a bathmate would easily put you in an intermediate level of PE, remember that since you have not been doing the JP90 day that if you add it it is still introducing more work and that should be enuff for a while. I think it would work well. You could always do the stretching from the routine and just use your bathmate in place of the jelques or even do the jelques. Ease into it and it will be plenty.
Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

It probably would be best to start with the JP 90. It's also more on the advanced side of beginner routines so it's not like it's completely minimal.

I figured as much. But confirmation is always nice, especially in matters of my cock lol.

It'll be a welcome relief to be getting back into it all, getting back into the goal oriented mindset and so forth.
On the same topic, somewhat amusing, time constraints have been so bad, haven't even been able to hit a regular gym.
So the combination of both should get this horse racing again

I also believe the combination will be best to do!
