    Basic Session today.
    5-6 min stretching
    15-17 minutes wet jelqing
    2 minutes stretching
    Good day. It felt nice to get back in the groove of things after my 3 day break.

      Day 2:
      A basic session today
      5-6 minutes stretching
      10-12 minutes wet jelqing
      1 minute stretch
      I honestly was really unfocused today. Stupid family troubles. But I pushed through and I stretched that meat.
      I also changed the length of time because I found out today that my dick does not like 15 minutes of jelqing. But this felt like a good time for me today.
      Anyway leave comments and questions. Buh-bye!

          Do you warm your penis before/after PE? I use a combination of a heating pad and warm moist towel. You should make sure to warm up/down

              I had a feeling that somebody would say that. There are a lot of guys on this forum that don't warm up. I used to warm up religiously but I stopped because it cut down time (which I enjoyed because I do my sessions in the shower). I forgot which thread it was but it was a big discussion about not warming up. We pretty much came to the conclusion that warming up is not mandatory as long as you take it easy and are careful about your routine and such. I believe that because I haven't warmed up in about 2-3 months with no problems. Lol sorry for the long read.

                              Day 3:
                              I've never felt so down about something in my life. I just couldn't concentrate on my session so I quit before I even started. But I think that I will make my routine a 2 on 1 off kind of schedule. Leave me comments and yeah...
