      Hello there all,

      I'm 19 and I have issues with my penis size because I find condoms too slack to be useful!

      Sooo Instead of sitting around moping about it, I'm looking to the future and hopefully going to increase myself to give me the confidence boost I need in the bedroom.

      I fear getting in to new relationships and I can't even have one night stands.... all because I can't wear STANDARD condoms!

      It's been nearly 3 Weeks since I started PE, here are my stats at the time of writing this:

      BPEL: 6" 4/16ths (6.25") ... completely happy with the length
      EG: 4" 3/16ths (4.1875") ... completely unhappy with the girth!

      Short Term Goal

      I've worked out from measuring condoms that I need to be the following to fit condoms securely:

      EG: 4" 4/16ths (4.25") to 4" 6/16ths (4.3750")

      Long Term Goal

      EG: 4" 8/6ths (4.5")

        Cult, I'm in the same boat as you, about EGMS 4.15", and I just want regular condoms to fit. I need to start a progress log myself.

            hey cult, i actually started a few months back with JP's 3 month routine, and then at about 2 and half months switched it a little, then took a week off, and the last month i haven't been to diligent due to outside stuff, so it would be like a week on, a week off for the last month.

            right now I am around 5 and 7/8 BPEL (started at 5.5") and my EGMS is around 4.15" (it seems to vary slightly, started out at around 4"). I have a hard time measuring the base tho cause sometimes i think I get some loose skin in there from all the stretching. But yea, it sucks with regular condoms, they fit at the base, but just not quite that snug feeling up the rest of the way (gotta go with the slimmer fit condoms). I'm mid twenties, btw.

            I'm gonna start my progress log today, and hopefully can get some comments/critiques on my routine to help improve girth. Just gotta stay motivated. I'm actually kinda glad I haven't really measured since I started because I didn't think it was really working, but hey, I'm seeing progress, and I haven't had a session for the last 2 days, (about to go now), so it's nice to know that these are some legit gains i think.

              Back on the bandwagon

              Hello PeGym!

              I'm back and ready for action. I haven't been here for a few months and it has probably been one of the worst decisions that I could have made. If I had have stuck with my routine I would probably be where I wanted to be by now.

              When I joined this forum in July this year, I had a few friends who were virgins so things weren't too bad. It seems now that I am losing my virgin friends at a rapid rate and I don't want to be left behind... I want to be one of the lads!

              Never mind, what's done is done, there is no point in dwelling on the past now. It is time to look forward to a new penis.

              Being able to fit condoms would be the ultimate Christmas present!!!

              Routine as follows (Commenced 11/10/2009) :
              Warmup 10 Mins Rice Sock
              Stretches Left, Straight out, Right (25 Kegels during each stretch)
              150 Wet Jelqs
              150 V Jelqs
              Light Uli 30 Secs

              200 Kegels a Day

              Short Term Goal:
              To fit standard condoms comfortably

                Day 2, Session 2

                I have just finished my second routine. My first routine I did in complete silence, contantly wishing that I had popped my ear buds in my ears so that I could enjoy some good tunes whilst I got down to work.

                Today I had learned my lesson and I decided to watch TV for entertainment. I am figuring that one of the reasons that I gave up the first attempts at PE was that I found exercising without any other things to focus on monotonous and boring. Watching the news on television seems to have added a different slant to things.

                I did a good long 15 min warmup today (Usually 10 mins for me) with the old rice sock... as soon as I get warmed up I can feel my flaccid being bigger than usual.

                At the end of the routine today I toyed with some reverse jelqs just out of shear curiosity after blowing my load... for the second time in two days. From what I have read it is rather subjective whether ejaculating after a routine hinders results, but I enjoy it so I'm probably going to stick with it and see how it goes.

                At least I know that if I carry on what I'm doing now, I enjoy watching the news and blowing my load... so all is not lost, even if it does hinder results!

                I'm going to do kegels when my head hits the pillow shortly. Just to anyone who finds Kegels boring too (like me lol), I have found that doing my 200 a day is easier to the beat of a good piece of music.

                I'm also thinking about maybe incorporating some testicle health bits if anyone can think of any that can be performed on the move.

                  You bring up a good point PE can be boring. Watching TV or listening to music helps with this.

                  As far as being one of the guys and or catching up. Don't lose your virginity because that is what all your friends are doing. Are they going to help you if you suddeenly get a STD or pregnant for that matter.

                    First off man, theres guys out there way worse off than you, search for "micro penis" That should give you some confidence, you could also look up the average penis size, in my findings the average girth is under five inches , and between 5 - 6 for length, and most of these are from studies where guys measured themselves lol..... so I wouldnt worry too much about it, although i worry about my size even though i know im fine in that respect. If you have the cash try buying a condom called the trogan supra, i find they fit really tight so that may benifit you, and on top of that they are made of some new microshear fibre thats wayyyy thinner and stronger than latex and is non allergenic and all that jazz, although they are not lubricated... if you go for it let me know how they work out, even if your just testing the fit. And there in a flashy gold wrapper to boot :P

                    My advice to you as a beginner would be to stick with it brother, just dont quit, i never thought i could do p.e. regularly and so far i have ( minus a day or two extra rest which isnt too detrimental) , Girth seems to come faster for guys that are on the slimmer side from what ive seen in peoples stats, just look around..... but for some its harder to gain...... I would look at that thread on How the penis works and how to figure out weather its your tunica or smooth muscle holding you back .... If your bone pressed flaccid stretch is .5 (or greater) longer than your bone pressed erect length then you need more girth exercises and if its under that then more stretches (from what i gathered, the post is really informitave) who knows maybe you need more lenght exercises to obtain girth...


                    Also make sure when you measure girth you use a coth measuring tape or something that doesnt stretch when you wrap it around because the measurements may be misleading, making you think your smaller than you are..... Other than that all i can say is dont rush it, there are some good girth exercises on here but if your not trained up you will injure yourself..... try edging or ballooning as they are good for girth ( or so i hear) and they arent putting your penis through anything its not used too ( especially at 19 lol ) and on the pkus side you will have more staying power when you have sex.


                    And i wouldnt worry about being a virgin ( if thats what i read correctly) at your age alot of girls would love to get with you just for that simple fact lol, women are evil lol. Just do alot of reasearch into how to pleasure a woman during foreplay and what have you and blow them away

                      Day 3, 13th October 2009

                      Day 3, Session 3

                      I have completed my 3rd session today and things seem to be going well. It feels like my EQ has improved which is likely a result of the kegelling that I have been doing whilst sat at my desk at work.

                      After I had completed the session I blew my load again and it felt a lot bigger when it was flaccid for a little while afterwards.

                      Before I did my session, I almost lapsted in to my old ways, I was extremely close to just going to bed without doing my routine... then I snapped out of it!! I remebered the reason that I was doing PE.

                      If I miss one session of PE, it will turn in to two, then three... and then 3 months down the line I will wish that I had stuck with it. I could be snug in condoms this time in 3 months time!

                      I have a few questions about doing the jelquing:
                      1. I have been doing 1-2 second jelqs, so thats reasonably fast I guess. I find that my concentration goes if I go really slow. Is it much more beneficial to do slow jelqs?
                      2. How tight should I be gripping. I would say I have been using a medium grip.
                      3. When I'm jelquing should I kegel to make my penis really hard, or should I just go with 50% which seems to automatically sustain it's self?
                      Lets see how things go.

                        Day 4, 14th October 2009

                        Hello Everyone,

                        So this is day four. It was late at night when I found the time to get to my routine and boy am I glad I did!!

                        I did my first two sets of jelquing and vjelqs, then when I got to the third set of jelqs my penis went rock solid, I have never had such a hard erection in my life!! It felt so big and the veins were bulging out like I had never seen my penis do before!

                        I finished off my sets doing it at my new 100% erection level and I felt like I was really working it. Is there any problem jelquing at 100% erection level?

                        Anyway I busted my load whilst it was rediculously hard and I had the most intense orgasm I have ever experienced!! My penis still feels bulbous right now as I type which isn't how it normally hangs when it's flaccid.

                        I did some kegels whilst I was rock hard, but endevaour to do some more during the day tomorrow.

                          Day 5, 15th October 2009

                          Hello All,

                          Day 5 of my routine. I completed my routine exactly the same as before, however probably a little more jelquing with harder erection because I couldn't help it.

                          Once finished I blew (naughty me.. naaat).. and slept. It was surprising how much thicker my unit felt though... I woke up in the morning with a noticably bigger flaccid.

                          I must take pictures in case I make any gains!!

                            I've decided that I am going to structure my routine during the week as follows

                            Monday - Routine
                            Tuesday - Routine
                            Wednesday - Routine
                            Thursday - Routine
                            Friday - Rest day
                            Saturday - Rest day
                            Sunday - Routine

                            I figure that I better make my routine fit around my lifestyle and I like to chill and go out on Fridays and Saturdays.

                            It's Sunday today though so i'm going to do my routine when I go to bed this evening!
