Hello everyone here at the PEGym. I've been a member over at Thunders for about 3 months now. I had read some other member's posts over there about this site, so I have been visiting from time to time. Today I decided to join and keep a progress log here as well.

THUNDERS PLACE (May 6, 2009)

I learned about jelqing back in high school when I was 16. Some friends were actually talking about it. I played it coy and acted like I wasn’t interested, but I was. I researched it online a bit and started doing it every morning in the shower. I probably shouldn’t have done it so young, but I was stupid and easily seduced by the thought of making my dick bigger. To my surprise it actually worked and I gained about 1/8” length in 2 months just by jelqing 25-30 times every morning. I noticed that I was starting to collect some skin towards the head of my penis and this scared me. So I eventually quit doing it. All in all I gained about 1/8” length and 1/16” in thickness in those few months of simple jelqing. However, because I was 16, I can’t totally credit the growth to the jelqing since it simply could have been the result of puberty. But they were quick spurts of growth so I think jelqing had something to do with it. Flash forward to the present and I am back to the jelqing.

My routine is pretty simple - I jelq every morning in the shower (like I did when I was a young pup). Right now I’m going for 50 reps every morning but the plan is to slowly increase the number over the course of many months and years. I’ve only been back to doing this for one week, so I’m taking things slowly. I have read sparky’s indicator thread several times and I watch mine closely. I also pay very close attention to what is going on in my dick during my jelqing sessions. My technique is simple: I do a short kegel, grip down at the base with moderate to slightly hard pressure, and jelq up slowly (3-4 seconds). Once I reach the head, I kegel again and start the process with the other hand. I mix up my erection level and grip intensity to add flavor to the routine.

I just hit my 3-month measurement today (August 5, 2009 - I only measure the 5th of every month). Since beginning I have made 1/4" gains in the girth department. I am still waiting to see some of those length gains but I know they are just around the corner.

Any comments and suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

I'm curious to what your starting stats were and where you are now especially since you are just a moderate exersizer
Do you Heat up really good or just warm up in the shower?
Do you have a little bit more time to devote to your routine?
Would you like to gain 1/4" or more every month?

I'm curious to what your starting stats were and where you are now especially since you are just a moderate exersizer

I started at BPEL 7.75" x MSEG 5.50". I'm now BPEL 7.75" x MSEG 5.75" with the 1/4" gain in girth.

Do you Heat up really good or just warm up in the shower?

I just heat-up in the shower for a minute or two before I jelq. I stretch outside of the shower once I am done jelqing.

Do you have a little bit more time to devote to your routine?

Well, yes and no. It depends on the day.

Would you like to gain 1/4" or more every month?

Not forever. I only wish to gain about an inch in each department putting me at BPEL 8.75" x MSEG 6.50". Much bigger than that would be nonsense. I'm doing PE for sexual health as well. Since beginning 3 months ago, I've experienced some other great positives, especially with sexual stamina, drive, and performance.

I'm going to be concentrating more on dry jelqing in the coming weeks. I've experimented with it and I like what I see happening while I do it.

I'm definitely no expert here, but my understanding is that your gains in length are directly related to how much time and tension you put into stretching. I don't see how 5 minutes of stretching a day will ever add up to very much. I've had some great gains this past month - about 1/2" in length - but I stretch for 6 hours a day on average.

Well, for me personally, extended stretching sessions forces my EQ to plummet. I've always been an advocate of keeping EQ as high as possible so I routinely do everything possible to avoid drops in it. More importantly, even if I were to stretch for longer sessions, I certainly do not have the time, energy, or even the will power to stretch for 6 hours a day. On relatively heavy days, I may stretch for up to 15 minutes, but it's at that point my dick turns to me angrily and commands me to stop. My routines are very jelq-heavy and I intend to keep them that way. Many folks have great length gain success with low-intensity jelq routines and I'm inclined to believe I am soon going to be joining them. Thanks for posting though. I encourage comments and suggestions. We all learn that way.

I had to take some time off for a few weeks. Dry jelqing appeared to be working well, but I soon found out that I was being too aggressive with it much too early. I developed bad PIs and my EQ went south of the border and camped out. No dice in my book. I rested the unit.

Went ahead and jelqed on Monday, just 100 jelqs with light pressure and long fluid strokes. It felt really good. I had a great flaccid hang all day following the jelqs. Yesterday (Tuesday), I did just one set of stretches and some big circle stretches then jelqed for another 100 reps. Same thing going on today. I think I'm back in the groove. Taking today off to see how it affects the flaccid. I have to measure things on Friday!

Took the day off today but I did measure. No gains. I'm not surprised. I've had to take a lot of time off this month because of some fuck-ups. I'm going to re-evaluate tomorrow when I get some time. I have a headache tonight so not doing anymore thinking about it.

9/6/09

Day off. I need to get back into a groove here. I was sloppy and stupid for most of August. I'm going back to what was working and what felt good - back to putting EQ first. I'll restart tomorrow more focused but less obsessed. Jelq only, low reps, high quality!
