Today marks the spot. I finished JP's 90 day routine. I've gained a little bit over half an inch in length, although I think they're mostly if not all EQ gains. Not much in girth. My focus is to gain more length. My routine has been 1 day 1 on for 2 months. Although I must admit that for the last few weeks of my 3rd month I stopped here and there. Here's what my routine looks like:
-8 minutes hot water warm up
-15 minutes regular jelq
-10 minutes v jelq
-5 minutes warm down.
After my gains stopped I turned it up to 2 days 1 off. I'm completely clueless as to what to do at this point. I read that I should modify my routine to what works for me but honestly I don't know what works for me. I am not sure of what caused the gains. All I know is that I feel like I get a good workout from the regular jelqs and not so much on the v jelqs. I've read that edging is supposed to help the gains come in. It wasn't included in the begginer routine so I didn't do that but I think I should. Does anyone have an reccommendations as to what to do at this point? I would like a routine that does not include any of that hanging stuff. All manual hand labor.
