  • Sergio's progress log

Hi all, I'm making this progress thread to track my gains throughout my P.E. career, which I'm hoping would be productive.

    My starting stats are:
    NBPEL :6"
    MEG: 4"

I'm currently on a day off, and I will be starting my fourth week of P.E. tomorrow. I'm doing the J.P. 90 program, but incrementally. I'm doing all of the stretches as stated in the program but the number of reps of my jelqs are incremental.

I plan to increase the reps of the normal jelqs by 25 every 2 weeks, and the reps of my v-jelqs by 5 every two weeks as well. Tomorrow I will do 100 jelqs and 65 v-jelqs (this will be the case for 2 weeks). I plan to measure every 2 weeks just to see if I've made progress. My routine is 2 on 1 off, and before every increase in reps I give myself 2 days off instead of 1 and continue as normal.
    Initial NBPEL ( before the injury ) = 5 15/16 inches MEG = 4 inches

    6 months of extending NBPEL ( before the injury ) = 6 6/16 OR 6 3/8 inches MEG = 4 inches

    Initial NBPEL ( after the injury ) = 6 inches MEG = 4 inches

How long does it take you to do your 100 Jelqs, Sergio?
    04/11/14 - BPEL 5.625"/MSEG 4.75"
    06/20/14 - BPEL 6.00"/MSEG 5.00"
    Short-Goal: BPEL 7"/NBPEL 6"/MSEG 5"
    Long-Goal: BPEL 9"/NBPEL 8"/MSEG 6"

I can't really say for certain because I don't time it. So I can't give you a time mate sorry. But in my opinion it should be however long needed, not hurried, good quality jelqs.

Right, there's no rush. I don't count mine's lol. I just set a time range of 30-45 minutes and count them later, using rate calculation. I'm only curious. Good luck in y our endeavours!

Well I just got back to P.E. yesterday because of so much work to do, but it was a good session. First time I did 100 jelqs and 65 v-jelqs with all of the stretches associated in the JP90 routine.

Just done another session today, same as usual. Did the Jp90 stretches and 100 jelqs and 65 v-jelqs. But this time I'm very disappointed with my self as I edged at the end of my session and gave in to the urge of cumming. This is really disappointing.

I'm really thinking about not even bothering with edging any more at the moment as I seem to be giving in to the urge every time I do it. I read somewhere that cumming after your P.E. session is counter productive to gains so I will sacrifice edging to ensure my gains are optimal as they can be

So edge an hour to two after your PE session, Sergio. I edge after PE sometimes or when I'm just too horny! I get to the PONR like 3 times.
Ejaculating after a good PE workout is a highly debated topic on this forum and no two individuals are the same; however, Sergio, go with your gut feeling!
If anything, stroke it a few times combined with a death grip or just a clamp-like grip. This is what I do more often than edging, as I'm a worry-fart, as well! lol

Lol yeah I worry about that a lot, because it seems that I'm more often than not giving in to the urge. Whats a death grip? And btw your gains are incredible. Mind sharing your routine with me please?

Upped the reps of normal jelqs by 25 and v-jelqs by 5 yesterday. I'm now up to 125 normal and 70 v jelqs.

Important part: Note on the gains, I have measured last Thursday and have gained .25 in NBPEL I'm now up to 6.25, haven't measured girth yet as I seem to have lost my measuring tape, used a ruler for the length instead.
