  • KST's Progress Log

Hello everyone, my introduction to the forums is here if you're interested. It has some additional background information on why I'm updating this thread in such a specific manner.

I am going to be updating this progress log in a more meticulous fashion than most. I am on a carefully monitored diet and exercise regimen after a back & knee injury a half a year back (this is why my caloric intake is so high, as I am slowly regaining lost weight), and since I have been recording most of this data already I figured it would give some insight and a benchmark.

I was long discouraged by my skepticism towards the PE process by the lack of a sufficiently rigorous testing log, confounding variables always seemed to lurk behind every post I read and I grew discouraged. I seek to remedy that for others who are like me, I want this to contain what I feel is every significant variable in my next 90 days.

I will be roughly following JP’s 90 day routine with a few changes.

    (1) The first two weeks will be 2 days on and 1 day off to accustom myself to the PE process.

    (2) In addition to the normal stretching routine I’ll be adding Inverted V Stretches.

I will probably batch each week into 3 or 4 posts as there isn’t much to update for rest days.

The data I will be recording on a regular basis:

    DAILY:

    Calorie and Protein consumption

    Medication / Vitamins / Supplements

    Water consumption

    Hours of Sleep

    Alcohol Use

    >1 DAY P/W:

PE: Each workout will be explicitly documented in regards to duration and number of each stretch and exercise.

Physical Exercise: (my current routine is weightlifting 2-3 times a week), I will also make a note of (physically) strenuous days at work.

    Masturbation & Sex

    WEEKLY:

    Body Weight

    Body Fat Percentage

    BIMONTHLY:

Growth Measurement: Monthly is what was recommended, but I’d much rather have twice as many pictures to document my progress. I will post the collage at the end of the 90 days, there should be roughly 5 pictures (different measurement positions ( BPFSL: Left side, Center Left, Right side, Center Right and EG) every two weeks.

    VITALS:

    As of 22/09/12:

    Age: 24

    145.8lbs @ 15% body fat

    BPEL 6.0 ~ 6 - 3/16 taken with an EQ of 8-9
    BPFSL 6 - 1/8 ~ 6 – 3/8
    EG: 4.25~4.35

EQ varies from 6 to 9. I haven't had a diamond hard erection in recent memory

    GOALS:

First 90 days: A noticeable increase in EQ, I’d very much like to average around 8.5-9.
I would also be ecstatic if I could reach BPEL = 6.5" and EG = 4.5" Regardless I'll take whatever I can get.

My long term goal would be 7.0 NBPEL x 5.0, I can't imagine how good that would make me feel, seeing the results of people starting off bigger than my goal and gaining significantly has me excited for the future.

I'm going to begin my first PE session now, and will post my first update tonight after I tally my meals for the day.

    Day 1:

Day 1 isn't over yet, but I'm headed out until tomorrow, so I'm updating now with my expected stats.

Today's PE was an interesting start, I'm not sure how effective the exercises I completed were, I was more concerned about easing into proper form.

    Calories: ~3420

    Protien: ~220g

    5g of Creatine Monohydrate

    0.5 gallon(s) of water

    8.5 hours of sleep

NO Alcohol (I think I'm going to stop drinking entirely, we'll see how that goes)

Masturbation: I came by accident this morning (lol) while edging in an attempt to get a few more measurements in for accuracy. It honestly was unintentional, I was all disgruntled about it for about an hour.

    Exercise:

    PE:

    Warm Up:

10 minutes with alternating wash cloths. I gently massaged the entire pubic region through the washcloth.

    Stretching:

10 seconds of helicopter shakes (I had a hell of a time getting the motion correct, so every instance of these were longer than anticipated, I wouldn't stop until I got a solid 5 seconds of total correct motion.)

Palm Down Grip stretches Left, Right, Up, and Down exactly as how they were described in the guide with helicopter shakes in between each direction.

Inverted V stretch for 3 sets of 20 seconds per location with tension on the base, middle, and before the head, along with helicopter shakes between each set.

    Jelqs:

    50 wet and 30 v jelqs for 3 sets.

Alternated between underhand and overhand OK grips for the wet jelqs in an attempted to familiarize myself with the motions.

The v jelqs were more difficult to get the hang of, this was probably the least effective of the exercises today due to my poor form.

    Warm Down:

10 minute shower with some gentle massage.

    Non PE:

None, today was a rest day.

      Day 2:

I'm noticing an increase in vascularity after both yesterday's and today's session, hopefully this means I"m on the right track. No soreness, pain or swelling.

      Calories: ~3300

      Protein: ~260g

      5g of Creatine Monohydrate

      0.5 gallon(s) of water

      6.5 hours of sleep

      NO Alcohol

Masturbation: I edged for 20 or so minutes after PE.

      Exercise:

PE: Same routine as yesterday, the jelqing technique is becoming more familiar.

Non PE: An hour (total, including rest periods) of strenuous lifting.

Non PE: Took a day off.

        Day 5:

Fair eq on the morning wood, but lower average eq throughout the morning. Edged for about a half an hour this morning, going to switch the schedule to 1 day on / 1 day off as I still feel the residule effects of the previous workout.
