  • Am i correctly measuring?

    Hey guys,

    I would just like to find some more info on the correct way to measure and when. I started off at 6 NBPL and now after 3 months on the JP90 routine it appears that i'm at 6.5N BPL and 6.9 BPL. However i measured myself at the end of my V-Jelqs and also attempted to straighten my curvature which also added a lot more "length".

    My questions are these, can you measure directly after a PE exercise?
    Are you allowed to "straighten out" your curvature when measuring?
    Finally...am i measuring at a good enough angle? Obviously straight up appears shorter and straight down appears longer

    Good question, I have an upward curve too, and don't know whether to straighten the curve to measure. It adds up
