  • Pumping Gains

    Posting this to get it down on record and not fool or confuse myself. Measurements taken on an off day in the morning 36-48 hours after the last pumping session and after not masturbating for at least 48 hours. I'm doing 12 weeks of pumping. I may or may not add jelqing and stretching.

    Start: 7.0625 x 5.125

    Weeks 1-4: Routine was 5 days on, 2 off. 3 sets of 20 minutes pumping between 3-5 HG, closer to 5 usually.

    After 4 weeks: 7.0625 x 5.25

    Notes: Girth might even be bigger. It was measured mid shaft. BPEL measured with the ruler numbers facing left, not straight up. The other method gives me about another quarter inch, which I don't quite understand and to this day I have never received a real answer on which way is right. Very satisfied with the early girth gains, however. Out of the pump I am about 5.75 midshaft. Feels thick and heavy. When I start seeing 6 inches out of the pump I will know my "real" girth is close to 5.5 midshaft.

    Weeks 5-6: 20 mins pumping at 3-5 hg, 3 sets. 300 jelqs (200 regular and 100 v, sets of 100) and 3 sets of directional stretches with 30 second holds.

    After 6 weeks: 7.125 x 5.25

    Notes: only got in 4 PE days week 5. Also started taking arginine, ginkgo, and zinc again.

        Thanks schlittle, we will see. I don't think I've ever recorded a BPEL higher than 7.125 though the way i am measuring now, and same for girth over 5.25. They are barriers so to speak. I'm going to be giving this 12 weeks, if I wind up at 7.25 x 5.375 I could die a happy man. That means 0.125 x 0.125 in the next 6 weeks...I think doable.

          You should definately hit up GTO or BigO for advice on pumping!!!

            I have always felt that the suspensory ligament can block the ruler when placed dead centre.

              I've PM'd both of them in the past and they were a great help...both of them do know their shit. I've had my pump for over a year though so I do kind of know what I'm doing, I'm not sure that I ever stuck at it so consistently for 12 weeks though, which is obviously a problem for any permanent gains.

              Thanks for the well wishes. As to the measuring issue, I'm lazy and don't feel like digging it up now but I will later, but there is this thread somewhere that claims the "numbers facing left," or dead center, as you say, is the correct way. I am inclined to believe this is true because my BPEL is probably about 7.3-7.4 pressed the other way, which would give me about a 0.8-0.9 inch fat pad. I am relatively fit - i find it hard to believe that my fat pad is not closer to 0.5 inches.

                Week 7: Only PE'd M-W, life got in the way. So 3 days. 20 mins of pumping, 3 sets of 150 jelqs, 4 sets of the stretches, and then 20 more minutes of pumping. I will be more consistent this week while I'm trapped in my home for the hurricane! Did not measure.

                  Week 8: A little bit better than last week. Only PE'd M-Th. So 4 days. 20 mins of pumping, 3 sets of 150 jelqs, 4 sets of the stretches, and then 20 more minutes of pumping. This weekend I visited Lady Skeptic and we fucked like rabbits. Back on the grind today. No measurement.

                      Week 10: 5 on, 2 off. 20 minutes pumping at 5 HG, 200 regular jelqs, 2 sets of stretching 30 seconds each direction, 20 mins pumping.

                        Week 11: Only got in 3 days. 3x20@5 for pumping, 2 sets of stretching all directions. I will measure after this next week...

                          Week 12: Got in five straight days. 1x20 of pumping at 5 hg, 3 ULI, 300 jelqs, 3 sets of stretching all directions. I had a pretty good twelve weeks. I'm going to measure tomorrow and see if I made any more gains.

                            It looks like you have a good routine going for yourself. I gained over 1/2 inch in girth doing 20 minutes a day at 5 hg, 5 days a week. You might want to consider adding a little pulse pumping to your routine and perhaps once a week do a 30 - 45 minute session at 4 hg. I am interested in seeing your next measurements.

                              And what is pulse pumping? It sounds interesting I'll give it a try if you explain it to me.
