  • hanging log

I just wanted to start a log to keep track of my hanging. If you missed the first part of my experience

    https://www.pegym.com/forums/penis-devices-forum/48670-new-hanging.html

I'm getting a lot further in the last few days. I think I've got the "hang" of it!

Since I've started hanging I've got at least 3 20 min sets in every day untilled yesterday. I just wasn't feeling it so I didn't do it. I came back fresh today and things are going great.

The first set hurt like heck as soon as I attached. I just did 5 lbs for 5 min. Then I reworked my rigging system to include 1 5 lbs weight instead of 2 2.5 and rigged the 2 2.5 lbs to be added during sets.

The second set is going beautifully. I've got the hanger perfect placement and its super comfortable with 7.5 lbs. I sure wish I didn't have to disengaged in 5 min.

I'm going to try a few min of 10 lbs in my next set as an overload to see how it goes. Almost everything I read says you can't deform the logs under 10 lbs but I can sure feel a stretch already at 7.5 so maybe its doing some good.

No hanging this week. Sick as heck and didn't want to mess with it. One step forward two steps back. Ugh

I'm back! I've picked up right where I left off hanging 7.5 lbs. I did 3 sets yesterday and I'm gonna do 3 more today....then possibly a few more later tonight. The 7.5 is pretty easy most the time but about 1 out of 3 sets I get the attachment wrong somehow. Its never painful but I get some head swell and a few dots.

Anyways I will keep plugging away at 7.5 and overloading to 10 when it feels right. I will get back to 6 sets a day this week and try to move up to 9-10 lbs next week. I'm aiming to be around 15 lbs by the end of November.

Another bump in the road....no hanging this week. This life crap is really starting to get in my way and piss me off.

Well I'm back at it again hanging 3-4 sets the last few days. I'm on 7.5 lbs now and looks like I will be for a while. The only way I can get comfort is to wrap to tight. It is comfortable hanging but between sets it traps blood in the head. If I wrap not as tight I get pinching and pain.

I'm also getting what I assume is attachment point fatigue where the skin is just sore and its painful to hang any longer. This is probably normal but still frustrating. It seems with how I'm doing things I will never be able to hang weights over 10-12 lbs. I guess I just need to have faith that everyone goes through this and it will be easier with time.

4 sets yesterday and 4 sets today. I've been starting out with 7.5 and going to 10 lbs. I'm still not sure if its right and I'm trying different things.

It looks like 4 20 min sets will be my number. I take much more than the 10 min between sets but that seems more comfortable. My biggest complaint right now is how much the skin burn during the set and itching afterwards.

I still don't see hanging much more than 10 lbs.....
