Hi everyone,
After having a small skin issue while working out yesterday, I decided to take a rest today (I'm doing 2 on 1 off JP90 at the moment, and today should have been the second day on). As I'm trying to stick to PE and not miss any workout day, I've switched training to creating a log today. Let's hope I create a log interesting enough for people to read, where I can find motivation whenever I need it. Feel free to cheer me up if I'm fading!
I googled about PE probably two or three years ago, just out of curiosity (never had problems with my length/girth, but a bit more is always welcome). I probably worked out for a couple of days before stopping, perhaps not very interested on it (I didn't learn anything else than the word "jelq", which led me to my second research this year, some months ago).
I moved on the first days of september to a new home, and had still a few days before the university restarted. This is the first time in my life where I'll have a room for myself alone, so I decided to learn something about this, and give it a try. I also started doing gym exercises (which I already did regulary during winters for some years). My objective on both things is making myself an organized guy who can set goals and fight for them, and so far I think that PE is helping me a lot on developing what I wanted.
I have a girlfriend for three years now, who has always been happy/pleased with my penis size (she's even trying to convince me to set a bit lower goals). She knows about my PE journey from the start, and it's a funny stuff to share. She's making kegels after my recommendation, so hopefully I'll also report some gains on her side!
I'm almost getting out of time, so I'll write the important stuff briefly:
I've been doing PE for almost two months now. I did the page's beginner routine of stretches and regular jelqing (skipped some kegel days, though), on sunday, tuesday, thursday usually. I did a big mistake, which was not measuring until my second week of PE (I had no ruler or tape yet!). I was happy with both routine and gains, even though I don't see it bigger. I use the rice sock, but many days I've done shower routines with hot water as warm up and shower gel as lube. I have a water based lube (meant for sex) which goes nice for PE.
The gains seen in this first 45 days (6 weeks) routine were:
BPEL: 0.6 cm (0.25")
NBPEL: 0.8 cm (0.3") Even though I had a 1cm gain after week 5, probably bad measurement.
EG: 0 (tape problem: I have to buy a new one with milimetric precision; the one I have is bad for tracking small gains)
Considering that I had my first measurements on week 2, I'm happy with those gains. I've read that beginner gains come from EQ many times, but I had a great EQ before PE (so far I've only seen improvements on morning wood, but as I'm saying I've always been great with EQ). So, are these actual, non-EQ related gains? I hope so.
Now I've moved into JP90. V-jelq is feeling great, and counting is nicer than waiting for the cronometer to tell me it's over. I've already asked about my injury in the introduction's part of the forum, I will relate about it in my next post. Comments are more than welcome!
Edit to keep track of measurements. I'm only stating the gains, so obviously the first measurement is 0:
Start (Sep 10th (but measurements from Sep 23rd))

NBPEL 0

EG +0.0 cm
January 1st
