  • Journey to 10/10 EQ

    New to PEGym, I have screwed around a little before but nothing substantial, and now trying to cure ED and get 10/10 EQ as my main goal. Size gains are welcome but not the main focus.

    Going to do the following for the next month to try and get improvement without pills (as I am young and don't want to have to have them)
    -Regular exercise, running 30 min 3 or 4 times a week
    -Regular Self-massage on the days off of exercise and 'bouncing' to improve lymphatic blood circulation
    -Cold turkey stopping porn, masturbation and orgasm
    -Attempt to eat healthier / more consciously
    -Daily drinking of green tea mixed with honey and lemon

    I plan to do 1 day on, 1 day off (rest) for my PE exercises to avoid over training.

    My exercise routine I guess is a modified jp90:

    -Warm up: I perform all my exercises in the shower so I let the warm water hit my penis and put a hand towel soaked in the warm water on it for awhile too. Perhaps I should be more regimented with this and set a timer. I need to use hotter water for this too I think.

    - 10 sec helicopter shakes to the right, 10 sec to the left
    -Stretch penis to the left and do 30 quick kegels, then 40 reverse kegels

    -5 circular stretches to the left and 5 circular stretches to the right
    -10 sec helicopter shakes to the right, 10 sec to the left
    -Stretch penis to the right and do 30 quick kegels, then 40 revese kegels

    -5 circular stretches to the left and 5 circular stretches to the right
    -10 sec helicopter shakes to the right, 10 sec to the left
    -Stretch penis straight out and do 30 quick kegels, then 40 reverse kegels

    -5 circular stretches to the left and 5 circular stretches to the right
    -10 sec helicopter shakes to the right, 10 sec to the left
    -Stretch penis straight up and do 30 quick kegels, then 40 reverse kegels
    -10 sec helicopter shakes to the right, 10 sec to the left


    -50 wet jelqs counting both hands as 1 and taking 4 seconds per jelq.
    -10 ULI's squeezing for 4 seconds a time
    -50 wet jelqs
    -10 ULI's
    -50 wet jelqs
    -10 ULI's

    Warm down: same as warm up.




    In this i've tried to reduce the length based exercises (reduced number of stretches) and increased girth based (wet jelqs, ULI's instead of V-jelqs [don't really get v-jelqs] , increased kegels, and also incorporating reverse kegels). Does anyone know if helicopters are girth or length based mainly?


    Anyway, wish me luck, comment if you think I can improve this routine of if you think i'm doing something wrong etc.
    I will begin on the 9th of November 2012 with an EQ of about 5/10, length say 6.5 and girth about 5.5 (will re-measure on the 9th for accuracy).

    Sounds awesome, you can't stop a man with a plan! Don't go too hard on the more intense squeezes or you could find yourself temporarily losing EQ and that would be a bummer.

    Try to include more natural supplements to your diet than just green tea, shit ain't even that strong . I've heard the 5 G's are effective for erection health. I like mint in my green tea for the flavor and digestive stimulation.

      Thanks Mm I read about the 5 G's, except someone posted about some of them having a blood thinning effect. I've already got low red blood cell count (i don't know how, seeing someone next week) so I don't want to make it worse or i'll get anemia and my blood wont clot if i get a cut. Hopefully taking some iron tablets will help my body restore some blood cells.

      I had kind of a session yesterday (albeit much less than what ive written up, about half) and woke up today with good morning wood for the first time in about 5 days! I'd call it a 7.5 EQ because it didn't last that long, but damn it felt good. Looks like somethings happening!

        I did this yesterday and it lasted for a long time. It took about 40 minutes and then when I finished my penis was pretty dead. In the morning after, I got no morning wood. Is this over training? I might do half of it next time, or wait till I get morning wood again. Also I might just do 1 stretch instead of 5 for each.

        When I was doing jelqing and I went from 50 jelqs to 10 ULIs, I don't think I had much of an erection to be doing ULI's. I might instead to these in the morning.

            They are in there, you must have missed them. I do 120 all up and 160 reverse kegels.

            However, I think I should this plan instead.. I think the stretching is too counter productive atm when all I really want is EQ, and I think the last routine is too intense for me at the moment (and lasts waaay too long. I don't want a routine over 30 minutes, i'd rather up the intensity). The negative PI of no morning wood (and night) put me off.




            In the morning when I wake up with morning wood:
            20 towel raises (and add 10 more each day) until I hit 80, and then use a heavier towel and start from 20 again
            If I still have an erection, do 30 second ULI's or "Supra Slammers"

            Then later in the day when I shower:
            5 minute warm up
            10 sec Helicopter shakes then 30 quick kegels, 40 reverse kegels (x4)
            50 Jelqs (adding 10 more each time until I get to 150)



            EDIT:
            About 3 or so hours after posting this I was listening to music on my bed and thinking about my girlfriend and nearly poked my eye out with a 10/10 EQ, unfortunately it didn't last very long though. I measured it pretty quickly and then it went away. I hope doing these exercises it will increase the duration of how long it lasts.

            Anyway i'll use these starting measurements (albeit they're pretty optimistic since I dont get frequent 10/10EQ):
            BPL = 6.7 inches (17cm)
            Girth = 5.9 inches (15cm)

              If EQ is really your objective, think about adding edging to your plan.

                  hmm i've tried edging before and had mixed results. like, sometimes i keep pushing it and i can't control it. but i think i've gotten a bit better at it. its like that quote "the man who knows enough is enough will always have enough" haha.

                  however, i'm kind of scared of not being able to control it. if its psychological for me (i think its a combo of that and also a smaller smooth muscle) then i've read i have to stop porn masturbation and orgasm for about 5 months to get mentally reset. so i might try this (im at like a week now cold turkey from these 3), and then after the 5 months have another go at edging. because yeah, when i did it, it felt pretty amazing and seemed to be effective.

                    today (10th nov 2012) in the morning did 20 towel raises and 2 "Supra Slammers" (Uli 15 seconds then 15 kegels)

                    At night in the shower did:
                    5 min warm up
                    10 sec Helicopter shakes then 30 quick kegels, 40 reverse kegels (x4)
                    100 Jelqs (I know i said 50 but I felt like more)

                      did the same as on the 10th, except 110 jelqs. noticed some faint red spots on the head of my penis.
                      had sex with gf, great eq!!! except couldn't last very long. going to do some research on premature ejaculation and techniques to stop it tomorrow. felt amazing though!

                          had trouble with my EQ this morning, couldnt do towel raises and only 1 supra slammer... hopefully i can do them tonight.

                          ...still havent had good enough EQ today for towel raises. sucks. ill try do them tomorrow morning.


                          I feel like these exercises aren't being as effective as they were at the beginning. Perhaps i need to increase intensity or duration. added some more jelqs. also i'm dong helicopter shakes for 10 sec in both directions now (using alternating hands) to get a balance and because i like the exercise.

                            havent had good EQ lately so i'm gonna take a rest day. yesterday i tried out a 'homemade' cockring which was interesting. i'd get an erection, put it on for a few minutes, then take it off. after a few minutes i'd have my erection back and harder than before, and that happened twice.

                              morning wood was bad again, only managed 20 towel raises. had sex the other night though, but didn't last very long, frustrating.

                              everyone keeps telling me to add edging so i might try it, i think it'll help me last longer as well.


                              in shower did:
                              5 min warm up
                              10 sec helicopter shakes, 5 stretches either way*, then 30 quick kegels, 40 reverse kegels (x4)

                              *added stretches back because i've had reduced EQ and wanted to see what would happen #yolo

                              I've heard that doing very slow kegels is much better for prem ejac, so i'm going to reduce the number of kegels to 15 and 20 reverse, but make them last 4 seconds long.

                              Also going to introduce a cockring routine, starting at 1 minute per "PE day" and adding 30 seconds each day until i reach 10min.


                              so on the 22nd:


                              5 min warm up
                              10 sec helicopter shakes, 5 circular stretches either way, 15 four second kegels followed by 30 four second reverse kegels (x4)
                              150 jelqs
                              1.5min cockring hold
