New to PEGym, I have screwed around a little before but nothing substantial, and now trying to cure ED and get 10/10 EQ as my main goal. Size gains are welcome but not the main focus.
Going to do the following for the next month to try and get improvement without pills (as I am young and don't want to have to have them)
-Regular exercise, running 30 min 3 or 4 times a week
-Regular Self-massage on the days off of exercise and 'bouncing' to improve lymphatic blood circulation
-Cold turkey stopping porn, masturbation and orgasm
-Attempt to eat healthier / more consciously
-Daily drinking of green tea mixed with honey and lemon

I plan to do 1 day on, 1 day off (rest) for my PE exercises to avoid over training.
My exercise routine I guess is a modified jp90:
-Warm up: I perform all my exercises in the shower so I let the warm water hit my penis and put a hand towel soaked in the warm water on it for awhile too. Perhaps I should be more regimented with this and set a timer. I need to use hotter water for this too I think.
- 10 sec helicopter shakes to the right, 10 sec to the left
-Stretch penis to the left and do 30 quick kegels, then 40 reverse kegels
-5 circular stretches to the left and 5 circular stretches to the right
-10 sec helicopter shakes to the right, 10 sec to the left
-Stretch penis to the right and do 30 quick kegels, then 40 revese kegels
-5 circular stretches to the left and 5 circular stretches to the right
-10 sec helicopter shakes to the right, 10 sec to the left
-Stretch penis straight out and do 30 quick kegels, then 40 reverse kegels
-5 circular stretches to the left and 5 circular stretches to the right
-10 sec helicopter shakes to the right, 10 sec to the left
-Stretch penis straight up and do 30 quick kegels, then 40 reverse kegels
-10 sec helicopter shakes to the right, 10 sec to the left
-50 wet jelqs counting both hands as 1 and taking 4 seconds per jelq.
-10 ULI's squeezing for 4 seconds a time
-50 wet jelqs
-10 ULI's
-50 wet jelqs

Warm down: same as warm up.
In this i've tried to reduce the length based exercises (reduced number of stretches) and increased girth based (wet jelqs, ULI's instead of V-jelqs [don't really get v-jelqs] , increased kegels, and also incorporating reverse kegels). Does anyone know if helicopters are girth or length based mainly?
Anyway, wish me luck, comment if you think I can improve this routine of if you think i'm doing something wrong etc.
I will begin on the 9th of November 2012 with an EQ of about 5/10, length say 6.5 and girth about 5.5 (will re-measure on the 9th for accuracy).

. I've heard the 5 G's are effective for erection health. I like mint in my green tea for the flavor and digestive stimulation.
Mm I read about the 5 G's, except someone posted about some of them having a blood thinning effect. I've already got low red blood cell count (i don't know how, seeing someone next week) so I don't want to make it worse or i'll get anemia and my blood wont clot if i get a cut. Hopefully taking some iron tablets will help my body restore some blood cells. 
and only 1 supra slammer... hopefully i can do them tonight.
