  • Getting Started...+ a ?

Ok so I plan on starting JP's 90 day beginners program with supplements as well. The only change is that at the end before warm down, I plan on doing a 30 minute Edging session w/ ejaculation. I've already unkowingly been edging roughly once a week for a year or so ranging from 20 minutes to 45 minutes. I would do this because I felt bigger and it seemed to temporarily increase blood flow and help gain erections more often.

    Cpl ?s:

What is the dominating thought on edging w/ejaculation at the end of sessions, and should I try to limit the edging to only every other session or keep my plan of ending every session with it?

I see my girlfriend on weekends usually, and we have a pretty healthy and active sex life. Will the sex "void" my "off days"?

I have in my possession loads of viagra which I usually take if I'm too tired to have sex or if I've been drinking a bit too much etc. Would it be a good idea to take 25mg before each session/alternating sessions?

My workouts will be M-F with Weekends off(excluding the sex).

    Starting stats 8/20/09

    BPEL-6.5"
    NBPEL-6.1"
    EG-5.0" (midshaft)

Additional info: My LOT is 10ish.

EDIT: My short term goals(next 3 months) are NBPEL-7" and EG-5.5"(midshaft)

Edging as part of pe has gained acceptance in recent times as an aid to pe as well as stamina training for sex.
I do believe it increases libido. While overtraining could be an issue, I don't think sex is going to hurt anything.
    Know nothing of Viagra.

Save the Viagra for when you really need it. It sounds as though You have a healthy enough unit so you don't need any erectile boosts. All for the edging here also, I highly recommend it as well as just as many erections as you can muster in the day. (I see every erection as a healthy exersize in itself)
