I made my own journal so I can track my progress in penis enlargement. I have an asian dick, i don't know if it's supposed to connote something, so yeah... I have been very unconfident with my size especially when I'm inside a locker room full of horses. I swore not to get naked in those places. Sex performance has never been an issue for me, although there are positions I cannot do or enjoy due to my size (a couple of slip-outs). It has made me feel inadequate in a way. They say size doesn't matter? That's bull! It does, at least to my ego...
I started stretching and jelqing irregularly around mid-September and became a member last October (2012).
My starting stats were:
BPEL 5.5"
MEG 4.75" BEG 5.25"
I found out about extenders so I was eager to get one. A lot of members suggested JP90 for starters, which I'm sure is great. But I was just too stubborn to ignore my Penimaster pro (PMP) and bathmate (BM) when I received them last October 17.
So I started with 5 days work (M-T-W, F-Sat) and 2 days rest in between (TH-Sun).
Morning: warming+at least 2 hours PMP
Afternoon: stretching+15mins BM with few Kegel exercises
Bedtime: at least 2 hours PMP
During rest days, I do warming, sometimes minor stretching or edging...
....and 3 weeks after I started this program, I already felt some improvement so I wanted to confirm it...
Current stats as of Nov. 8, 2012:
BPEL 6"
MEG 5" BEG 5.5"
I've also had a more plump flaccid hang, consistent erections in the morning and increased vascularity in my penis.
I am happy that it's working and my sacrifices have paid off. I know this is a beginner's gain and it is not much yet, but i still have gained!
I am more determined than ever. My ultimate goal is to eventually gain 2 inches. At least I know now that there's a possibility...
