    OK so Im Just Starting This im Currently 6 2/16 Bone Pressed
    3 1/6 Flaccid
    5 3/16 Hard
    ? No Girth Yet Dont Have nothing to Measure with
    My Goal is to Be 8 Inches Hard, 5 Inch Flaccid, and 6 Inch Girth
    I am Currently Using Whey Protien 1 Scoop a Day With 3 Amino Acid Pills
    I Do 200 Jelqs A Day
    I Do About 30 Compressers
    I Do about 20 Simple Stretches
    I Do 10 Flacid Bends
    I Do About 10 Uli


    Can Taking Suppliments And Doing These Increase Size Faster? Im New Here 2 by The Way.

    Hey and welcome Pierce,

    Any string or similiar item could be used to measure girth as you can wrap it around your unit then transfer the length to a ruler.
    Protein and aminos are good but you need the other vitamins and supps to go with them. Argenine, Lysine and Zinc are very important as well as The B vitamins and Vitamin C. You're not rebuilding simple muscle so its a little more involved. Also I notice you're doing some advanced exersizes but have you conditioned your unit yet? You could do more damage than good. Compressors are a bit extreme to start with. Please check out these links before continuing.
