    Hey dudes, well I thought I would start my own log, to help track my progress and so I dont have to write it down anywhere where it can be found. First I will post my initial introduction to you all that I posted previously

    Hey guys, long time reader, first time poster. Always been happy with my size, but thought why not improve it if I can.
    Funnily enough I've been doing kegels here and there for a while and jelq very off and on for a while (irregularly enough that if I was excercising my body like this it would be a waste of time)

    Then I stumbled upon this site and started giving it a red hot go, for almost 2 weeks now. Now I've been taking tribulus in small amounts during this time, so I've now stopped this to get a better idea of where I'm at.

    which made me think holy sh!t, this rocks!! I also recon I've gained a 1/4 inch in length, and it feels very full and veiny. I have been taking aspects from the 90 day beginner program, but customising it. So to say I'm very encouraged is an understatement. Hopefully its not the tribulus that I can account for the benefits, and I'm still getting used to my measuring technique (I just touch the tip of my belly when measuring, dont press it into the bone), but thanks for all the very informative posts, especially the mods, cheers guys,

    and if anyone is interested I'll give updates every few weeks or so

    You should post regularly for a good record of your progreess as well as motivation for others.

      Never had any complaints about my size and I think I have quite a good starting point. I've only been PE'ing for a few weeks and I'm happy with the results so far. My biggest issue is the warm up, need to make sure I'm not slack. Got plenty of gym injuries from not warming up enough, should be enough to make me realise the importance!!

      There is some wonderful advise on this site and I've taken aspects of the 90 day beginner routine and just customised it. So this is what I'm doing.

      Warm up 5-10min

      10 helicopters

      25 stretch/kegels at 12 oclock, 3, 6, 9 and then straight out, for a total of 5 x 25 stretch/kegels

      then 50 wet jelq with baby oil

      10 vjelq

      50 wet jelq

      10 vjelq

      50 wet jelq.

      I've noticed the vjelq to be quite harsh on my penis, get lots of red blotches, so I will be cautious with the pressure. As above, very impressed so far. I'm going to try to measure only once per fortnight as I now how becomming too preocupied can start to always be the focus of your mind, which I dont want.

      I wont be telling my partner that I'm doing PE at this stage. My goal is to hear her say "god your c0ck seems bigger"!!, then I will tell her. I'll give regular updates every fortnight.

          The only thing to report is an effort in regards to the warm up. Getting a wheat bag and microwaving it, then leaving it on my groin for 5 minutes before my session. Can feel the warmth there, and I could feel more confident in applying more pressure due to the feeling that internally I was more warmed up. Will certainly try to do this before each session in an effort to minimise injuries.

            I wish you luck friend. You'll start noticing some changes. Minor ones. Keep us updated.

              Howdy dudes quick update.

              Point being I can feel my stress levels are high, sleeping poorly, slight headache, no real gains in the gym, edgy and easily annoyed out of it. Corrosponding to this I have noticed the erections have not been as rock hard as late.
              Having been through anxiety and quite mild depression in the past, one thing CBT has taught me is the huge benefit of being able to identify any looming issues. So now I can nip it in the bud and start to think correctly and positively again.

              So my PE training will still be held at the same priority, roughly 2 or 3 days on, 1 day off, but I will be adding in about 30-45 minutes of excercising for mind and body.

              Tomorrow, 1/M will be my regular measuring day, so I will post my measurements then.

                Hey guys, today was measuring day, and??

                well rather anti-climatic really, I am having great difficulty in maintaining accuracy of my measurement, cant get 2 measurements the same. I am doing non bone pressed, (so I will ask in BPEL is going to give a more consistent measurement on another forum). I think there is no doubt I have made gains, my tool definately looks veinier and I'm sure its longer. So I will get an accurate BPEL and post, which means my reference point will begin from today I guess.


                Did a session of edging last night which was great. From reading posts I have identified that I unconsiously kegel during sex/masterbation. I noticed when I consiously stopped this that I was able to maintain a very high level of arousal, almost at PONR, without blowing. This was very exciting, and I see great progress to be made in this field.

                Still feeling quite flat, a bit disappointed that I didnt see stunning gains, but then to be honest I have NFI if I've gained or not!!

                Sorry I havent been able to update as I said I would.

                    G'day guys,

                    Nearly blew the end of my dick off today I think.

                    short term goal is 6.5", starting at just under 6.25", and nearly there, but probably getting slightly impatient. So I increased the pressure and added some Ulis. Naughty I know as I've not even been training 1 month yet. Needless to say I now have more spots than someone with fucking chickenpox. And some bigger purple spots.
                    Its all a learning game I guess, but penis is consistently 6" midshaft, smaller at other points, but I'm happy with this, focussing on the stretching in particular, and the warmups.

                    Coming off the Tribulus has definately had an effect. EQ is certainly lower as is sex drive, motivation, and general all round give-a-fuck-ness.

                      Had the flu for the last few days so the EQ has been way down. Did a measurement though and have definately gained length. Going to wait as previously posted though until the middle and beginning of month to make a proper measurement.

                      As is the case with most "beginners" I think the first few weeks are often about improving technique and fine tuning your chosen workout. I think my Jelq's are getting better for sure. I have been doing PE for about 3 weeks. Also stretching heaps now and putting more importance on my workout.

                      So my routine that I will stick with for the next month (with the odd minor change here and there). 3 days on, 1 day off.

                      10 minutes warm up (heated wheat bag)

                      stretching with 25 kegels at 12, 3, 6, 9 oclock and straight out from body
                      stretching with no kegel at 1.30, 4.30, 7.30, 10.30 and straight out from body.

                      50 jelq (1 rep per hand, 3 seconds per rep)
                      15 VJelq

                      50 jelq
                      15 Vjelq

                      50 jelq
                      15 Vjelq

                      1 Uli

                      Technique is improving and using a lighter grip and noticing less red spotting as a result.
                      I would love to read any feedback that anyone has regarding the above workout, any suggestions would be welcome!!

                        Well guys progress!!


                        BUT


                        Now I'm taking THAT comment to be a sign. Not sure when I use the tapeof any huge gains, but I'm struggling to get consistency in my measurements, but I think that comment speaks for itself.

                          Hey guys, first post for a while, been tied up with moving house.

                          Progress has been average at best.

                          Bought an extender unit the other day.

                          So I've been using it for a week, and I;ve definately already gained in length. Now clearly over 7.5inch bpfsl, where as I was definately under 7.5 before.
                          I feel that I will get good gains out of the product

                          I've actually been wearing it to work and walking around with my hand in my pocket to camouflage the slight bulge.

                          I find I can wear it at home and it no one notices.
