Long story short, I've been lurking here for a while, and conditioning my unit for about a month now. I was tracking in on an app on my phone, but figured it would be better to do it here.
My long term goal is 8" EL. I'll have a very detailed plan soon enough about my goals and progress. In short, I'm pretty much going to workout 3 times on nonconsecutive days, and each week going to increase by small intervals.
I started at:
10 minutes warming up (hot shower putting the shower head right on the unit, heating it up and leaving it very hot and red after warmup).
25 quick helicopter like circle stretches to get loose.
25 kegel + stretches to the left
" " to the right
" " facing down
" " facing out
" " facing up
25 Wet Jelqs, anywhere from 65-85% percent erection. I also do about 5 second kegels per each jelq. I started ALL the way at the base, and go all the way up, and stop squeezing just before the glands. I squeeze firmly, but not too hard. Very important in order to prevent a thromboned/agitated vein (I had this before).
I'm not new to being disciplined and "getting it done" - I believe that with my dedicated and work ethic, I can hit my 8" goal much quicker than what is normal.
I will write more detailed info about my routine as I go along.
Also, if anyone ever has any valuable input... I ALWAYS welcome it. I am by no means a veteran in PE (yet) - So I am always open to learning something new.
