    First this:

    Been 2 months, probably should introduce myself

    I'm keeping this to track my progress on multiple fronts - PE (both types - though I don't think I have issues with stamina like many others around here so I won't complain too much...most recently I lasted about 6 minutes which is plenty for her) and physical fitness. This is all part of a broader effort to make myself more desirable to my wife and hopefully give our sex lives a new jump start.

    Routine:

    5-10 min jelqing in the shower toward the end so I'm nice and warmed up
    6-8 hours of extending
    Still in stealth mode, wife doesn't seem to suspect a thing

    Total time in extender: 321 hours, next measurement at 500 hours.

    Kegeling routine:

    For now, 100% reverse kegels. I'm pretty sure I figured this out, easiest to do for me when standing or walking and relatively easy to hold for a while. Do whenever I remember to do - largely while walking to and from train and while on the train.

    Insanity DVDs:

    Day 2. Holy shit.... Basketball drills are a bitch!

    Starting weight: 191.4. Not really looking for weight loss but I'd be okay if I went down to 185.

    Now at 340 hours in the extender - I've become pretty comfortable with the following: 5 days "on" during the work week, add small bar Friday afternoon for the last 2-4 hours, Saturday off, Sunday 1.5-3 hours to ease back in. Trying to get in as many hours as possible this week before I have to take a week and a half off at the in-laws house.

    RK's seem to be helping and I'm getting better at doing in at will including successfully during sex last night (went a full 15 min with her hot self grinding on me, nibbling my ears, kissing my neck....damn I miss her already!). Could have been the sitting up position contributing too as I can RK easier sitting and standing than other positions still.

    Had to stop Insanity briefly due to having a sick baby not sleeping well and then getting sick myself, they sure are germ factories. Probably going to just restart after the holidays, I'm sure I'll gain a pound or two with the mother-in-law's awesome cooking!

      Good week...pretty easy to rack up the hours with an empty house. Now at 369 hours. Tomorrow begins my 1.5 week break at the in laws house. Probably won't be able to jelq much either with lots of people and very few bathrooms. Hopefully the time will give my little (not for long) friend some time to heal...and grow. Not adding rods because of the long break...thinking that I might have to ease back in a bit...

      Still working on RKs...thinking this is really just an exercise in learning to relax at will...

        Back at it after 12 days off, gonna just do 2-3 hours. Tension felt pretty intense at first but now (about 10 min in) feeling like it did before, which is great.

        Maybe 6-8 tomorrow...we'll see how he feels.

          384 hours in. Weekend off then back to normal. Resumed shower jelqs yesterday. Planning on restarting insanity no later than Monday.

          Observation: The first day back after 12 days off I couldn't see the suspensory ligament through the skin of the top of the shaft at the base as I had been prior during extending but by about 5-7 hours in post break it reappeared. Wondering if it had "retracted" a bit during the extended break and just took a bit of time to get back to where it was...

            412.5 hours...next measurement at 500 hours. Subjectively the flaccid seems bigger (I don't measure because of wide variation throughout the day).

            EQ seems down lately...probably more like 7ish. Gonna start taking jelqing more seriously than I have been. Starting today I'm planning on doing the JP90 in the evening after the wife has gone to bed. This week I'm thinking Mon, Tues, break Wed, Thur, Fri and reassess the frequency as I move forward.

              First JP90 routine felt great...to see if I am somewhere on the right track with this plan I measured my BPFSL (nothing erect, not till 500 hours) and it is now 6.75 in. It was 6.25 in when I started and was 6.5 in at my last full measurement at 250 hours. So, if TGC theory is true this fairly rapid increase in flaccid stretched length might account for my recent drop in EQ. So my plan is to continue as above with the hope that significantly increased jelqing effort will improve EQ.

              Now at 420 hours extending.

                Sex life has slowed down again and I feel like I just can't keep trying and getting rejected anymore. I hope everything I'm doing here will help things. Oh yea...and I finally got some tailors tape to measure girth (previously using string and measuring on a ruler) and it turns out I'm even skinnier than I originally thought...4 3/8 in. Feeling a bit down now...

                Had my best JP 90 routine yet today, hoping this will help with EQ. Just keep plugging away...

                  440 hours. Having trouble finding the 6 hours per day of alone time to extend due to increased need to be in the lab vs. my office. Still doing JP90 but also having trouble making time for it in the evenings after all have gone to bed because this is also when I do Insanity and I do need to sleep too.

                  Will just do the best I can with extender hours. Measurement at 500 hours...probably early February. Seriously considering hanging at some point if I can't get adequate extending hours.

                    Well hell hath returned to my home. My 22 month old son has, in the last week, stopped sleeping through the night in favor of 3-6 wake-ups. Ulgh. I really really hope this is a short phase. In any case, I've had to modify things I'm doing in order to get some sleep.

                    Extending at work, Monday - Friday. Generally able to get 4-6 hours but occasionally it is less. Currently extending to a bone pressed 7 inches.
                    Sunday - Friday alternating insanity and JP90 after the kid goes to bed. Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday - Insanity. Monday, Wednesday, Friday JP90.
                    Saturday off.

                    Now at 457 hours extending.

                      Best jelqing session yet...Switched to olive oil for lube and that helped tremendously. 467 hours extending...feeling that measurement date creeping up but trying to keep my hopes under control.

                        I think I overdid a jelqing session tonight. Everything felt fine until I finished and then it felt like my penis was almost...twitching...for lack of a better word. Also feels a bit firm in the flaccid state when I stand up and walk. Applying lots of heat with the rice sock now which seems to make it feel better as long as the heat is there. Feeling mildly freaked out too. Thinking about taking the rest of the week off and really hoping things feel better in the morning after some sleep, if I sleep at all...

                          I sat and applied heat last night using the rice sock for several hours (re-microwaved several times). After about an hour and a half the "twitching" stopped and things felt more normal. After about 2-2.5 hours of constant heat I decided to go to bed. This morning, things still feel normal which is great news! Still taking several days off.

                            It's measurement day - passed 500 hours extending late last week, took 3 days off and measured this morning. Measured each 3 times to be sure. Now at 507 hours extending.

                            NBPEL: 6.0625 (+5/16 total, 3/16 since last measurement)
                            BPEL: 6.5" (+3/8 total, 1/4 since last measurement - difference between NBPEL and BPEL due to small weight gain from holidays that has yet to go away)
                            MSEG: 4.375" (No change)
                            BPFSL: 7"

                            Growth seems to have accelerated since the last measurement. Possibly due to either more focus on manual PE or finally reaching higher tensions on the extender, or both. Plan is to continue present routine - extender during the day at work with a goal of 5-6 hours per day and JP90 Mon, Wed, Fri. Will remeasure at 750 hours.

                              Forgot to add yesterday - I'm incorporating rbi99's 5 1/2 minute kegel routine three days per week (MWF) to balance out my current heavily focused RK routine.

                              Now at 517 hours extending.

                              Been thinking about my non-increasing girth (not that I'm doing anything to improve it really at the moment...) and I'm considering adding some pumping. Perhaps this spring after completing the JP90.
