        Warming up between sets

Thanks Phibby and JP, I just expressed my wish for the weekend and this night one of the kids woke up in tears... and he had fever!
I love them with all my heart but hell....their timing in getting ill sometimes is perfect!

Back to PE, I like to play and do small changes to my routine, even if I am just a beginner and I'm not supposed to.... but everytime I find something that make me feel that I am improving my workout, I insert it and give it a go for few weeks.

This time I was experimenting with heating, after all the post I have read about the argument and the importance that it has on PE.
After warming up at the beginning of the PE session, I now heat up my tool at the end of each set of stretching and jelquing.
My routine now looks like this:

        Warming up 10 min

1st set of stretch made of: stretch down 30sec, 15 sec helicopter, stretch left , helicopter, and so on for right center, up.
        Heat up 3 min
        2nd set stretching
        Heat up 3 min

        1st set jelquing (55 Jelq OK grip+35 V-jelq)
        Heat up 3 min
        2nd set jelquing
        Heat up 3 min
        3rd set jelquing

        Final warm up 5 minutes

With those changes I have a much better feeling during exercises and the flaccid stays longer for hours afterwards!
I will definitively keep it in my routine and I'll tell you in a month if the good feeling corresponds to good results!
