After some research today, i came to the realization that i am not ready for the kind of routine i have been doing lately. Well actually my penis rather. So i have started JP90, as a beginner and i am hoping to make decent increases on this program. I also realized that a one inch gain in both length and girth would be a 78.3% increase in cubic inches to my penis! My girl would definitely feel that difference and i have time to reach it because we recently had a prego scare, so we are takin a break for a while.

Day two of JP90 went well. I got my jelq technique down today, so i actually went a few over i was supposed to do according to the JP90 routine. My new final goal is 7.3NBPEL x 5.4EG and at that my penis will be 100% bigger than i am when i started PE! I am hopin i can achieve this 1.55in length gain and 1.1in girth gain in the next 7 months???

Just another day of JP90 after taking the weekend off to recover. I am very self conscious about my girth being ~4.25in and was wondering if there is any exercise i would benefit most from to gain girth? and If it would be okay to add into the JP90 routine or just do i a separate session at another time in the day? Any suggestions guys?

I took the past two days off due to being very busy but back on it today and hopefully for the rest of JP90 consistently. But i believe i am going to start in with a cardio routine for three reasons:
- One because i would like to lose some fat, aka cut down, for the warmer part of the year.
- Two because when you lose fat off your fat pad, your penis appears larger.
- And three because cardio increases blood flow/circulation, therefore i will have better erections and be able to jelq/ uli more blood in my penis while doing PE!
* I started supplementing horny goat weed in my diet for possible strength gains in the actual gym and im not sure if this will affect PE...

Finally able to start PE up again and i believe i can stick to it for the next 3 months to finish JP90.
Todays workout was amazing! Had the thickest flaccid for a while afterwards. I will also start measuring every sunday morning to see if i have made any gains.
