  • New Year New Log! End of year larger log?

    Because i'm a simple guy who likes uncluttered logs i had to dump my other three cluttered logs. So please only my good PE friends post on this log (you know who you are ) and then i'll be able to keep this log clutter free. Please keep in mind i'm approaching middle age and cluttered logs confuse me, infact i can remember one time on my first ever log when it got bombarded by around 25 posts in one afternoon and it totally confused me and i knew from that day that my dear log would soon have to close. So please only my dear PE friends post because i don't like getting confused.

    Brief PE history
    1st January 2011: Bpel 6 inches, Girth 5.1 inches
    1st January 2012: Bpel 7 inches, Girth 5.37 inches
    1st January 2013: Bpel 6.8 inches, Girth 5.4 inches

    Summary
    As you can see my first year went wonderfully but 2012 was a disaster PE wise. In 2012 i did reach 5.5 girth but through 2 ineffective decon breaks and ineffective routines i lost both length and girth.

    New start
    In November i did begin hanging but within weeks my hanger broke and it was just recently that i managed to get parts to fix it.

    Today i decided to begin hanging from the very beginning and i'm determined to make this PE year more successful than last years PE nightmare.

    2 Year anniversary
    Yes it was two years today that i made my first ever post at PEGym. Please no congratulations because i need to keep this log clutter free.

    1st January 2013
    4 x 20 minutes @ 2.75 lbs SD hanging

    Summary
    When i briefly tried hanging in November (before it broke) i was experiencing terrible skin stretch but since my comeback i'm no longer feeling it. Plus since my hanging comeback i've changed my wrapping technique were i spiral with sweatshirt first and then i do an ordinary 6x2 sweatshirt wrap and then a 6x2 self grip wrap on top of that: i will stick with the spiral part underneath because it makes everything feel more stable.

    By the way above workouts went well.

    Two or three days back i sent for the vlc tugger, cone, strap + clip and these are what TlcTugger sells for PE purposes. When i recieve them in a few more weeks time i will give more info.

      This log seems very organized so far! nice job. Also why did malehnger get banned?

          0.55 lbs weight increase (after 20 sets at previous weight)

          Summary
          Both above workouts went well and this evening i did an extra set when i noticed i could reach 10 hours hanging time this week.

          This weeks hanging sets + hours?
          30 hanging sets = 10 hours hanging

          This years hanging sets + hours?
          30 hanging sets = 10 hours hanging

            Hi schlittle, happy new year. Best of luck with PE in 2013. I'm thinking of buying a malehanger too. How long did it take to get delivered to you? How much was the postage? How is it working for an uncut guy? I'm a bit hesitant to spend any more money on pe products because they haven't worked for me before.

              Hi Samurai, happy new year! And thanks i hope you have a great year this year too.

              It only took about 13 days to recieve it. The postage was only around $10. You have to pull the foreskin forward before wrappng but i'm coping ok. I can totally understand you not wanting to waste money on products so why don't you watch me over these few months (i'll measure at 100 hanging hours) and maybe if i can get my non gaining penis gaining again then an hanger may work for you (we do have similar shorter bpfsl's and both of us haven't gained in ages).

              And your fellow Irishman Padawan has the same hanger as me and i don't know if he's uncut like us but if you check his last post on his progress log https://www.pegym.com/forums/progres...ss-log-17.html you'll see he's made excellent gains since switching to hanging. And what's even more promising is that i don't believe he was a fast gainer when he was doing manual, so the hanger as certainly been worth the money for him at least.

                  Just went off and bought a malehanger I wanna try it and I'm not going to let you have all the fun I honestly don't think we can fail to gain with this buddy. It specifically targets the ligs right? And I believe there is no way we have maxed out our lig potential so we can only gain. I took a decon break of many months and I'm bck training now. I have actually gone to 7.125" BPEL after the decon break but my girth has shrunk to 4.875" now so I don't know what's happened there. My tunica is tough but my flaccid is between 5 and 5.25". I think hanging will give me some lig gains which have nothing to do with the tunica. If I gain another .5 - .6" in length that will bring me to 7"NBPEL and I may just be happy with that lengthwise. Then it will be girth I think. What you think of my ligament predictions for us schlittle? You are far wiser than me when it comes to PE. Had a look at padawan's log and he is only doing 1 set a day, what you think of it? Malehanger is recommending it on his website.

                    I thought we agreed you'd watch me and if i got to 8 inches with my hanger you might consider buying one and if i got to 9 inches you really REALLY might be tempted in buying one.

                    But to be more serious yes it would be awesome if we can get some nice gains from our hangers. And with hanging you should first concentrate on hanging downwards and between the cheeks to maximize lig gains..and then once maximized hang at higher angles to try for tunica gains. And have we maxed our lig gains i don't know but when i read this thread https://www.pegym.com/forums/pe-theo...lot-angle.html and looked at the diagram of the mirror test i truly don't believe my penis exits at the lowest exit point so i would like to think i could still get some nice lig gains. And i can't predict your lig gains but have a look at that thread and if you understand it (lol i can't say i really do) then maybe you can work out your lig potential.

                    And lol i'm not wiser than you as far as pe is concerned because for over a year i've been scratching my head trying to find a winning routine which will enable me to get gains. I believe you have too so as far as Pe is concerned we can be as wise as each other.

                    My 6 hanging sets adds up to just 2 hours a day and it's funny because when i did extending and only achieved 2 hours in a day that was considered bad but hanging for a total of 2 hours in a day is considered good; but i actually find the hanging far easier than extending because when extending i was stuck in one spot almost scared to breathe for fear it would make my noose slip, i always had one hand holding onto the extender because again i was fearful the noose would slip and give me an agonising crush on my glan. On the otherhand hanging is only for 20 minute periods and both hands are free and i have far more movement than i ever did with extending.

                    And in regards to how many sets in a day i would imagine 90% of guys would do more than one set in a day but on the otherhand Padawan has got awesome results with just one set. So if you want to experiment with one set then go for it and if you feel it's not working move to more sets in a day.

                      Yup I read that mirror an palpatation test thread during the weekend and yup I couldn't fully understand it either . My little fella is definitely not hanging between my legs so I think I have lig potential alright. looking forward to this. I will let you know when I start and will be watching your thread for updates. Best of luck with the ligs

                        On this day (Thursday) i was really sensitive on top of my penis while hanging and it wasn't a pleasant feeling. I've always had a very big prominent dorsal vein running along the top of my penis and i felt i must've hurt it a little while hanging. So for the remainder of the week i decided to do less sets.

                        Day 11
                        4 x 20 minutes @ 3.30 lbs SD hanging

                        Day 12
                        4 x 20 minutes @ 3.30 lbs SD hanging

                        Day 13
                        20 minutes @ 3.85 lbs SD hanging
                        20 minutes @ 3.85 lbs SD hanging

                        Later i got out my hanging pin with the aim of adding some weight as i progressed through the set. And with the help of the hanging pin i could raise the weight within seconds.

                        5 minutes @ 3.85 lbs .. 5 minutes @ 5.20 lbs .. 10 minutes @ 6.85 lbs SD hanging (total 20 minutes)
                        5 minutes @ 3.85 lbs .. 3 minutes @ 5.20 lbs .. 12 minutes @ 6.85 lbs SD hanging (total 20 minutes)

                        Summary
                        Had some problems mid week but overall i'm pleased how the week ended. And with todays last 2 sets i didn't feel any fatigue even though for a few minutes i moved considerably above my normal weight, so from tomorrow i will do all my sets like todays last 2 sets but i'll spend less time at the lower weight and more time at the higher weight.

                        This weeks hanging sets + hours?
                        35 hanging sets = 11 hours 40 minutes hanging

                        This years hanging sets + hours?
                        65 hanging sets = 21 hours 40 minutes hanging

                          Decided not to hang like i said i would in my above summary (moving up in weight thoughout the sets). Instead i raised the weight to 4.95 lbs and did straight sets.

                          Day 14
                          4 x 20 minutes @ 4.95 lbs SD hanging

                          Summary
                          I'm still really new to hanging so i've decided for the next 2 weeks i'm going to stay at this weight and just concentrate on getting the sets in.

                              I'm going to measure at 100 hanging hours which barring any injury i guestimate to be at the end February or beginning of March.

                              And i use an old cut up sweatshirt as the underwrap and then over that i use self grip (only stick to itself not to the skin) self-adhering athletic tape bandage (2 inch wide). I bought it (self grip) from Amazon and i thought i was buying it from the UK but it was actually sent to me from the USA. I've spent a few minutes looking for an equivilent fom this side of the pond but i'm struggling but if i spot something i'll let you know.
