    Hello,

I'm completely new to PE of any kind so I thought it would be a good idea to record my progress here for all to see, especially since I've already had the benefit of seeing similar posts made by others.

I ordered an Andropenis Extender which is due to arrive on Friday. In the meantime I've made all the relevant measurements and entered them into a spreadsheet. The spreadsheet's set up so I can enter measurements once a month (or whenever) and plot them on a graph.

I will be reading up on the various exercises and advice so many of you have kindly posted in order to maximise my gains.

    So, down to the nitty-gritty.

    Starting Measurements
The bone-pressed length is around 0.5cm (0.2”) longer than the visible length (there’s very little fat on me…).

Also, my penis bulges a bit around the centre of the shaft (or narrows a bit just above the base, depending on how you look at it). It’s noticeable but not excessive (I think it’s quite nice actually). Therefore, I’ve taken two girth measurements, but I'll focus on the larger of the two.

    BPEL: 14.1 cm 5.6"
    BPFSL: 13.5 cm 5.4"
    EG_w: 12.9 cm at widest point 5.1"
    EG_n: 12.0 cm at narrowest point 4.7"

    Target Measurements
    BPEL
    : 19.5 cm 7.7"
BPFSL: 18.8 cm 7.4" (assuming the same proportional increase as the BPEL)
    EG_w: 15.2 cm at widest point 6.0"
EG_n: 14.1 cm at narrowest point 5.6" (assuming the same proportional increase as the EG_w)

This relates to a 38% increase in BPEL and an 18% increase in EG_w.

I decided on the target measurements using the chart here:
    www.penissizedebate.com/images/doc/penis_size_preference_chart1.gif

However, if my length and girth increase by the same proportions, then if I achieve a BPEL of 7.7” the EG would be 6.9”.

I actually really like the shape and proportions of my penis so I hope that they remain the same. I’ll make a separate thread on this topic.

As a side note, I would usually work exclusively in SI units but for these purposes I'll generally use inches (I'm measuring in centimetres and converting to inches). It's a bit like beer. I only understand pints in relation to beer - if I'm measuring ingredients or doing science they make no sense to me!
    Starting
    BPEL: 13.6 cm 5.4"
    EG_w: 12.9 cm 5.1" (widest point)
    EG_n: 12.0 cm 4.7" (narrowest point)

    Current
    15.5 cm 6.1"
    13.5 cm 5.3"
    12.5 cm 4.9"

    Target
    19.5 cm 7.7"
15.2 cm 6.0" (6.9" if same % increase as length)
    14.1 cm 5.6"

Received my extender today, so after doing some warmup exercises as described here https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...r-routine.html (thanks to those who recommended JP90 on my introduction thread), I followed the extender instruction and I'm now starting the 'adaptation' phase.

It's surprisingly comfortable to wear actually, but the proof will come at the 'evolution' phase when the tension increases.

    Day 1
    Extender length: 19.5 cm
    Period worn: 3 hours
    Starting
    BPEL: 13.6 cm 5.4"
    EG_w: 12.9 cm 5.1" (widest point)
    EG_n: 12.0 cm 4.7" (narrowest point)

    Current
    15.5 cm 6.1"
    13.5 cm 5.3"
    12.5 cm 4.9"

    Target
    19.5 cm 7.7"
15.2 cm 6.0" (6.9" if same % increase as length)
    14.1 cm 5.6"

I've been following the instructions that came with the extender more or less to the letter and I've now just finished day 10, which means I'm about to put the second 0.5cm on (additional to the 0.5cm I put on 5 days ago).

      Days 1 to 5
      Extender length: 19.5 cm
Period worn each day: 3 hours

      Days 6 to 10
      Extender length: 10 cm
Period worn each day: 6 hours

For the next five days the extender's supposed to be worn at 10.5 cm length for eight hours a day (nine days thereonafter). I won't be able to wear it for eight hours if I have to go into work (I may manage four after I get home), so I've added a couple of columns in my tracking spreadsheet to show me how much I need to catch up, or if I'm ahead.

Given the need to give it a rest between periods it's likely I'll fall behind permanently at some point, but I'll also keep track of total hours worn so I can see when it is I get to the point I should get to after six months.

I might do a nice, blank version of the spreadsheet for others to use if I get around to it.
