i started hanging like 5 months ago.. i only gained 3mm or so lol. Ive dont mostly 3-4 sets a 20min and somedays i did 2 hours, and im hanging until fatigue
i can feel it. So why are other people gaining an half inch or more in that time and im not? i feel really bad so much wasted time...
