  • Question 4 progress

I began 4 weeks ago with a routine where each week i added like 2 min of jelg and 1 of stretch, began at 10 min jelq and 5 min stretch, now in this week i feel that maybe adding that is too much
what should i do, i feel my erections aren't as hard as before
if i drop down to beginning? would that be ok? less is more?

    thank you fellow PE"rs

in my experiance mr. ong if you feel that is what you need to do then go ahead but i have also just completed my first 4 weeks of p.e and as you did i slowly added more to my routine but in my journey thus far everything that i have added has still left me with good p.i.'s so if you are still getting good p.i.s then i would say why not continue what you are doing. but if you are getting bad p.i.s then you should drop back a little until you feel you are ready to move forward. Now if your erections arent as hard as they were what i do when that happens to me is i just take two days off instead of one and i usually get my full 9-10 eq back. hope this helped

Good advice from John, but don't forget that there are many "NON PE" contributors to erection quality and performance. Drugs, emotional state, alcohol, diet and hydration all play major roles where our erections are concerned. Anything that can affect your cardio system can also have an effect on your erections so take a complete inventory before jumping to conclusions too fast.
