After a twenty day break post-90-day-newbie-routine, I'm picking PE back up.

First things first, I made a rice sock and holy lord am I kicking myself for not doing it sooner! I used to stick to heated towels and the like which cooled off in seven minutes, and this rice sock, this thing, twenty minutes and it's still warming my bugger.

So, moral of the day: make a rice sock!

I probably won't be giving a blow by blow of every session, just reporting in when there's something to report, but yeah. The break was good--EQ was consistently awesome--and now, with batteries recharged, here we go again.

I'll be resuming the newbie routine I'd started off with, except, with a twenty minute warm up. Followed by one round of stretching in five directions, and ten minutes of wet jelqing; one day on, one day off. It's probably too light, but I'd rather start off slow and easy, since it's what got me that incredible boost of half an inch in girth in two weeks.

Measurements: non-bone-pressed erect length: 5.1 inches. Erect girth: 5.3 inches. These figures are conservative because I'm like that (for example, if I don't choke my cock with the string while measuring, and just wrap it around the fattest part--the middle--I measure 5.7 inches on girth).

    Cheers!

The starting stats were about 5.0 inches non bone-pressed erect length and 4.8 inches erect girth mid-shaft. It was frickin' unbelievable. I'm guessing it's very much down to my EQ--I used to think my erections were basically as good as it gets, but ever since starting PE I've felt like I have this big fat bundle of nerves between my legs.

Almost two weeks in, and I'm confident my decision to go with a very light routine was the right one. While I was doing V-jelqs before the break, my penis tended to feel somewhat let's-go-to-sleep-now-I'm-tired after every session. The V-jelqs felt lovely, and the flaccid hang was awesome, but I wasn't liking that feeling post-PE of being worn out very much. Now the hang is just the same, but I never quite feel that wearing out.

Note: haven't ejaculated in a week, and this has a small, but noticeable effect while trying to maintain a consistent EQ for jelqing.

I had an excellent session today. Quite possibly my best one since the starting week of my PE sessions over three months ago. My EQ was exactly where I wanted it. Note that I always have difficulty maintaining good EQ, it always goes flaccid after a few jelqing strokes--no matter how hard or light they are. I seriously wanted to keep on going today for at least five minutes above my usual ten--it was that good--but I stopped because, like I said, I'm gonna keep things extremely light.

It might well have been a fluke, but I'm going to note down the factors that I think might be contributing.

          1. I ejaculated yesterday after about a week. From experience, I know that I'm always a lot more horny/sensitive/easier to get an erection on the day after I ejaculate (and the incredible morning wood I had today only confirmed this) when I haven't in a while. This may very well have helped keep the EQ at the level I wanted.

          2. I PEd in the morning/afternoon.

          3. 25 minutes of warming up with a rice sock instead of 20.

          4. I performed my jelqing while sitting down. I have always jelqed sitting up. I wonder if this affects the blood flow somehow, changes the position of the PC muscles etc to retain blood in the penis longer than while standing up.

          5. Most importantly, I used an overhand OK grip (ie, where the palm is above the penis rather than below it and the thumb is the closest finger to the base of your penis rather than the pinky) for the first few jelq strokes after getting a lube-massage-induced erection. It surprised the shit out of me that my penis didn't go all, "You better stroke the glans or I'm going to sleep again!" so I alternated between this overhand OK grip and the normal OK grip. The overhand grip felt like I was actually stretching the penis with each jelq stroke for a change, rather than pushing it out like with a normal OK grip. The only issue was, the fingers kept sliding over the foreskin that covered the glans with each stroke, making it rather difficult to keep the stretch for longer than a second or so.

I cannot guarantee the first two, but I can certainly replicate the next three for my next few PE sessions and report back.

Longer the warm up faster the gains. those 25 minute warm ups shoul help yeild some fast gains.

After repeating the same method thrice, and getting excellent results, I can confirm that this is no fluke.

              1. 25 minutes of warm up minimum.

              2. Using the overhang grip.

              3. Sitting down.

This has ensured a constant EQ throughout.

Oh, and cutting off all distractions while stretching helps too!
