  • journey to 10 inches

    now i have done penis enlargement before where i focused primarily on girth, you can see by the pictures that the results were pleasing. Now i have been focusing primarily on gaining length in recent times, especially since the beginning of december 2012. Doing length only as i am pleased with my girth.I find a bathroom, enter a stall and do my thing. This allows me to stretch long in the morning, and long in the evening (if time allows). I do stretches during the day averaging 2 sessions in between and nightly sessions only happen on the weekends.
    for all of january:
    morning
    between cheek stretches
    SO, SD,SU stans lock stretches directional (30 sec each stretch)
    stans shock stretch
    occasionally A stretch


    between classes
    SO, SD,SU stans lock stretch (30 sec each stretch)
    stan's shock stretch



    what else can i add? or do better? need to make my penis longer as i am aiming for 10 inches EL

      Add bundles stretches , slow squash jelqs , DLD blasters, fowfers ( since you're sitting all class ) and supra slammers. Try the mandingo stretch to too, aswell as Big als and ULI's... Whooh thats a long list. You can narrow it down...

        just finished the nightly stretches, did SO, SU and SD stretches as i realise i have a low LOT. Working smart not hard going to do some fowfers before bed while i read. Going for two 20 minute sessions

          i have begun doing the bundled stretches (2 reps) and inner penis stretches (2 reps). Hoping to replace all my stretches with bundled versions soon, doing it progressively.

            I personally enjoy doing Tunica Tugs. Where you put an OK grip at the BASE of your penis and squeeze really tight, then pull right behind your glans... So you aren't stretching your ligaments but your tunica, I feel them really nice and enjoy doing them Maybe try some of them, see how it goes
            I have no problem being with just one woman, but I can't not eat all the donuts.

              Take the bundled stretches slow and easy as you build up progressively. I know your cock is in
              excellent shape, but you don't want to overdo it at the start. Good luck, and sometimes "easy
              does it" is the way to go.

                hmm tunica tugs, being that i have a low Loss of tug do you think its best to so straight tunica work to avoid working the ligaments? (thats an open question)

                  im trying to take it easy yes, make progressive increases. I may do a video of my routine one day, that sounds fun.

                  measured bpsl yesterday post PE with some HARD stretches i was hitting 10.25, felt like the ruler was going to go through my crotch lol its easier to hit 10 bpsl or 10.1.

                  ps. going to have to measure over the week and take and average bpsl

                        just completed my morning routine before heading out.

                        i did the following
                        fowfers before to warm up

                        BTC, SO, SU directional for 40seconds each (no timer so i did more assuming im counting a little fast)
                        SD (only one SD)
                        Tunica stretches (2 reps 40 seconds straight out)
                        bundled stretches ( 2 reps 40 seconds Straight out and straight up)
                        shock stretches for 15 seconds
                        Astretch (3 reps 90 seconds)
                        fowfers to warm down.
