    Just had a nice session this evening while the wife was out at the gym.
    not managed any routines for ages but trying to do stretches whenever possible on pee breaks etc. also still been wearing my cock rings all day for several days in a row (not at night) I like the spontaneous erections you get with the cocking, you have to be careful for sure when and where you get an erection because with the cocking on it gets super expanded which I was hoping will lead to better girth gains...

    we'll my session this evening was a simple JP90 routine,
    helicopter swings / stretches / rotations in each direction,

    i then did a little light edging for a while to keep my expansion.

    once everything had subsided I then did another round of edging for a while and as this was subsiding my still quite plump flaccid looked pretty thick so I took a quick girth measurement 140mm / 5.51" girth

    being quite it's pleased with this I edged it back up to a full erection and again the girth was 140mm / 5.51"
    with a tight OK grip at the base my girth expanded to a hair under 145mm / 5.70"

    first time I've ever seen these sort of girth measurements so we'll pleased, need to try and sneak in some more regular sessions but I do wonder if my daily cocking wearing is helping this girth.

      Not done any sort of PE in the last couple of weeks, not even been wearing my daily dock rings as I've just not been in the mood for it.
      wore the rings again for the first time yesterday so feeling the horniness coming back to me, on again today and I just took another quick girth measurement. Again with a tight OK grip at the base I was up to 145mm / 5.70" girth, love that expansion, its quite addictive.

          ...Think my NBPEL can change quite a bit depending on EQ I did another NBPEL measure the day after reporting the 180mm and I measured 190mm / 7.48"
          Guess this is why a bone pressed measure is more accurate for a consistent measuring point.

            Started a new routine and going to try and get more regular with this rather than my recent very sporadic sessions I seem to do.
            After reading the routine by Looking4more he has managed to achieve the 8x6 goal which I am looking for myself so I thought it has to be worth a try. His routine is simple with nothing complicated in there, and much like him he too has reported that the v-jeqs never really did it for him so he has gone for purely standard jelqs in his routine.

            I'm starting off with standart JP90 stretches in every direction, rotations, helicopter swings et. then into the Looking4more routine as follows:

            50 jelqs,20 second Uli (to start)
            50 jelqs,Uli
            50 jelqs, Uli
            50 jelqs, Uli
            50 jelqs, erect squeeze (20 seconds)
            50 jelqs, erect squeeze
            50 jelqs


            Only difference I have made is that I am now holding the Uli and erect squeeze's for 30 seconds as I feel my cock can handle this.

            Routine (hopefully) will be 5 days on 2 days off.

            I am now 3 days into this on the first week.
            I'm going to try and stick with this one as much as possible.

            Thanks to Looking4more and his lady for sharing his routine, I can only hope I get similar results to him.

              I should also note that he increased the seconds of each hold by about 5 secs every couple of weeks till he got to 60 second holds.

                Continuing the above routine whenever possible Monday - Friday. been a bit difficult the last week so it wasn't so good.
                I wanted to record though that I started wearing my all day cock ring again yesterday for the first time in a few months during work hours only, the almost all day semi I'm hoping will aid gains. its also easy to stimulate / stoke yourself from outside your trousers to induce and erection and get more expansion every so often then allow it to slowly subside.
                I got a new, more accurate measuring tape for checking girth which I also just checked now WITH my cock ring on and at the thickest point I'm measuring 140-141mm which is 5,51" - 5,55" girth.
                By recording this now I will continue to wear the CR each day and measure again in a couple of weeks.

                    Penis curvature.

                    i don't really have much of a curved erect shaft but it does definitely 'bend' out to the left from the base of the shaft. I just found some information regarding causes of curved shafts, some were medical issues but the following ones are perhaps self inflicted which I think I can definitely relate to.

                      A long time back I made a 6" plastic ring by simply rolling some thin plastic sheet and taping it into a ring with exactly a 6" internal girth so that A) I could see what I was aiming for and B) slip it over my cock to see how far off I am.
                      I tried it last night and I must say it still feel very loose.
                      Its a long road to 6" girth...

                          Measured again last night after a PE session.

                          198mm / 7,79" BPEL
                          200mm / 7,87" BPEL with a kegel

                          Been reading lots recently about the Bathmate and watching some of the review videos online. For my size the site recommends the Hydromax X40 so I'm quite tempted to try it especially for the girth benefits which I seem to struggle with.
                          Moving into Bathmate territory does however mean I will need to talk to my wife about it. I am a secret PE'er so she knows nothing of what I have been doing so far.
                          If I was going to buy a Bathmate though there is no way I could hide that from her or worse still how the hell do you explain it if she did find it...!
                          But with the claimed gains after use be it temporary swelling, water retention or anything else when she sees me naked there would surely be questions so I'm thinking I will need to discuss this with her first. I don't need to discuss my PE so far but the purchase of a Bathmate would need to be open.

                            So the hydromax x40 arrived...
                            seems like a solid piece of kit I ordered it Crome a UK based company called love honey, no issues, genuine products etc.
                            only played with it twice so far, first time was just in the sink to see how it worked and I maybe pumped for about 10mins in total just to figure it out.
                            second attempt was this morning in the shower, probably again for less than the recommended 15mins but it felt good, got a decent suction eventually which I assume will just get better with practice so I'm not getting annoyed with it.
                            as others have said the scale stickers on these things can't really be too accurate seeing as it varies depending on how compressed the bellows are but I pumped this morning to a touch over the 17cm mark on the x40, the scale sticker goes up to 21cm.
                            looking forward to this, it's a big piece of kit though...!

                              Loving the bathmate so far, I've been using it now for 6 days, each session is probably under the recommended 15 mins but I'm aware of not over doing it too.
                              today I loved the plump engorged flaccid I had afterwards, I can see this might get quite addictive...!
                              anyone who owns a bathmate will be aware of the scale on the side and how this actually relates to a real measurement? After all the bellows on the base of the bathmate can have varying amounts of compression therefore the 'ruler' on the side surely cannot be accurate?                               today I pumped up to the 18.5cm mark on the side of my hydromax x40 what does this mean though? Because if I do a proper bone pressed measure I know I'm around 19.8cm.
                              well if I take my bathmate and place it on a table then push it down to compress the bellows you can measure on the outside and see what it is in reality. When I do this on my x40 that 18.5cm mark actually measures (with compressed bellows) 20.5cm so the bathmate is sucking my penis out to that length, 20.5cm is a fraction over 8 inches, possibly a touch more if you were to consider that's not a bone pressed measure.

                                After this first week of using the X40 I did notice that my flaccid cock was larger than normal. Since this first week though I've been on holiday for 2 weeks and not used the bathmate. I realised last week though that my flaccid cock was smaller and it then occurred to me that actually my flaccid gains from that first week probably stayed with me for almost 1 week after stopping then it shrank back to normal flaccid.
