I have never had much self-confidence. God never blessed me with a good body. I'm over 6 feet tall, something like sixty pounds overweight, and I have a very small member. When I signed up, it was at 5.25" BPEL and 4.5" EG. I'm happy to say that last night, when I measured myself after something like five or six weeks of doing PE, I have gained 0.5" in length! I am almost 6" now. The girth hasn't really changed much, but just seeing an improvement really makes me feel good and solidifies my commitment to PE. I don't spend a lot of time in the forums, but I'll check in from time to time on my quest to lose weight from my gut and get some where it needs to be--my package.

I've been doing the basic 90 day starting routine with some modifications. I started by doing 50 jelqs, 30 v-jelqs, and a 30 second Uli and repeating four additional times for a total of 250 jelqs, 150 v-jelqs, and 5 ulis 5 days a week. At the end I would do a clamp hold, extending the time by 1 minute each week. However, that was taking me about an hour and I don't have that kind of time anymore. I have reduced my routine to 3 repetitions of 50 jelqs, 30 v-jelqs and 1 uli, which I think is beneficial because the routine isn't at risk of over-working.
I haven't been as consistent, doing the routine anywhere from 3 to 5 days a week, but I'm up to 6" BPEL and 5" EG, so something's working.Starting Size: Jan 2013
BPEL: 5.25"
BPEG: 4.5"
Goal:
BPEL: 8.00"
BPEG: 6.5"
Sometimes it's better to be optimistic than realistic.

Congratulations, keep up the good work! The JP90 routine gave my husband too, he actually continued that routine and just added other exercises to it.Mrs. L4M
