    Hello everyone, I decided to start tracking my progress and logging some of my workout after weighing in today at my 1 month mark. I am extremely excited with my results at just one month into JP90's routine. I have gained .25'' in length, and .1250'' in girth. Mostly due to EQ I assume, but to me gains are gains.

    I just have to add a few more comments because I'm so exited that I'm seeing results.

    Firstly, my confidence is already starting to increase and I think this is mostly due to my flaccid gains. Before I began JP90 I was a pretty extreme grower, and although my erect size was about average overall/above average for length, I always thought I had a small penis because my flaccid state was so embarrassing. After just one month my flaccid is now in the average range and it makes such a big difference in how I see myself. Also, after a few helicopter shakes I can skyrocket my flaccid length to about 5'' NBPFL, and it looks amazing.

    Secondly, I'm starting to gain some hope that one day my girth will hit the 5'' mark. I have always thought my penis is really skinny, and I've been with girls who, although never complained, had vaginas that I felt kind of lost inside of with not much friction. I want so bad to have a thick unit that can really pleasure the ladies, and I'm starting to believe that its actually possible to increase my girth.

    All of the sudden, I no longer feel embarassed about my penis, and I can't wait to get over this dry spell I'm in and show it off to the ladies. Also, although I am pretty content with my penis size at the moment, I cannot wait to complete JP90 and am exited for the possibility of making even more gains. WHoooo!!! PE is the greatest!

      Week 5 - Day 2

      Started with a 12 minute hot towel warm-up

      Did 7 minutes of stretching using my right hand, 4 minutes of stretching, gripping with left hand

      Did about 15 minutes of dry jelqing, erection level rose pretty high during for a few minutes but I continued jelqing. I noticed three red dots mid-shaft appear. I think I applied too much force today, and my erection level was too high. My dick feels very sore, and my erection quality has dropped. I will rest tomorrow.

        Week 5 - Day 3

        Started with a 15 minute hot towel warm-up

        Did about 14 minutes of stretching, followed by about 30-40 minutes of ballooning/edging.

        Skipped jelqing and ulis because my penis is still sore. The red dots on my shaft are fading, and my erection quality has not improved much since yesterday. I am skipping my nightly edging session, because I read that kegelling/edging shouldn't be done every day, especially if you're sore. Hoping EQ is improved tommorow, and I plan on continuing my normal routine.

          Week 6 - Day 1


          Routine:
          Warm-up as usual

          Stretched for about 9 minutes. Used the right hand to stretch, until my hand got tired, and then switched to the left hand. Added about 2 minutes of stretching in the downward direction (2nd time I've done downward stretches).

          Jelqed for 15 minutes: 5 minutes for upper shaft, 5 minutes for midshaft, and 5 minutes on the bottom shaft. Erection level fluctuated throughout the session, but I think this is a good thing for balanced gains. Ended with 6 30 seconds Ulis. Did one second strokes, very gently this time so I don't injure my unit. Focused on moving blood through the penis.

          Observations:
          Erection quality has improved greatly. Flaccid hang is a little bit longer than it was last week. Veins became very prominent during the jelqing session. I measured at full erection during my session and had a little over 7'' in length, and hit 4.75'' on the dot in girth. Feeling good about things to come. Also, by BPXFL was about 7''

            Week 6 - Day 2

            Routine:

            Warm-up as usual

            Stretched in about 7 directions, approximately 1 minute in each direction. Might need to focus on a different grip, I think I am stretching the skin below the glans. Was not completely flaccid for some of the stretching.

            Jelqued for about 12-15 minutes, with a third of the session dedicated to mid, upper and bottom shaft. When erection level rose to high, I held an Uli squeeze until EL dropped, and then proceeded jelqing. Focused on 1 second strokes with light pressure, trying to move blood through the shaft.

            Observations:
            Veins were looking good after session, and my hang looked real thick and juicy. Measured shaft a few times throughout the morning, and hit 4.75'' girth mid and bottom shaft pretty consistently when full erect. Length is hovering above 7''.

              Week 6 - Day 3

              Warm-up as usual

              Stretched for about 10 minutes. Was not completely flaccid, but stretch session was ok. Incorporated side to side stretches, did about 10 of these.

              Jelqued for 15 minutes, as usual. Focused on moving blood through the shaft, but felt like i've had better sessions. Did about 6 Ulis, and measured girth during the squeeze. I hit above 4.75, i'm hoping to hit 4.75 girth consistently.

                Week 6 - Day 5

                Warm-up as usual

                Stretched for at least 15 minutes today. I will now be stretching for at least 15 minutes daily, as I think this will help with my length.

                Jelqued for about 15 minutes, tried focusing on jelqing the lower shaft and used a bit more pressure today. I will increase the pressure next week, as I think I was going too light today. Did about 7 Ulis, I think I will increase this to 10 ulis next week.

                Observations:
                Foreskin has stretched a bit, I think i am stroking too long with my dry jelq strokes. I must focus on avoiding stretching the foreskin next week

                    Week 7 - Day 4

                    Warmed up as usual

                    Today I stretched for about 15 minutes. Averaged about 30% erection level during stretches, as I have been throughout the past few days. I'm liking the feel of stretching with around 30% erection. Trying to incorporate more circle stretches. Did mostly up/down/left/right stretches and held each one until my hand got tired, and then switched hands.

                    Jelqing at slightly lower erection level so that there is less skin stretching. Learned a new method where I grip the penis at the base after pushing my pelvis all the way forward so that as much of my penis as possible is sticking out, and then retracted my pelvis and tilted it back so that the penis jelqs itself through my hand which is neutral throughout the jelq. I call these auto-jelqs. I'm doing these to avoid skin stretching, i am also auto jelqing after Ulis. I have been holding Ulis now for 1 minute each. I may increase this next week.

                    Observations:
                    Flaccid hang seems longer, but foreskin has stretched and now cover about 85% of my penis head. FOcusing on stretching so that my flaccid gets longer and more of my head is exposed. Vein during flaccid is becoming more prominent. Veins while erect are becoming more prominent. And I am hitting 7.25'' BPEL pretty consistently.. Awesome.

                      Warmed up for 10 minutes, hot towel

                      Stretched for about 10 minutes in the usual directions. Changed grip a little bit, I am now using more of an ok grip that grips the entire circumference rather than just gripping the two side of the shaft. I limited todays stretching to make sure i'm not stretching the skin too much below the glans. The skin there has been stretching and more veins are popping out in that area.

                      I need to focus on jelqing the lower shaft!! The baseball bat effect is starting to come into play, and my top shaft measure .125'' larger than the bottom shaft. I should have seen this coming as I have been favoring jelqing the upper half. Next week I must focus on jelqing the lower half without stretching the skin down there.

                      Did a long edging/ballooning session, and I am hitting 4.75'' girth and almost 7.25'' bpel when fully erect.

                        Week 8 - Day 1

                        10 minute hot-towel warm-up, starting to focus heating the inner penis and penis below the glans.

                        Stretched for at least 10 minutes, single direction stretches for 1-2 minutes each in the usual left down up right directions. Did some left-to-right stretches but couldnt find a good grip for it. Did some slightly erect stretches for about 1 minute each, and a couple 30 second bends.

                        Focused jelqing on lower shaft, using the auto-jelq method. I've found this is easier while more erect so, I jelq the upper/mid shaft until erection level rises and then proceed to jelq the lower shaft. Did about 10 minutes jelqing overall. Then about 6 1 minute ulis with a few erect bends at the base and mid shaft.

                        Observations: Attempted traction wrapping today but i'm afraid this will lead to foreskin stretching. Working on increased flaccid gain, My hang is really good because I havent masterbated in 6 days. Side note: I ended my over 1 year long dryspell and got laid last night. I was not shy about my size for once, and I think this girl was impressed when she was playing with it. Kinda sucks that I didnt bust a load, but at least my near week long masterbation streak has continued. Confidence has risen slightly, need to figure out how to start bangin more chicks without having to party so much, i am drained from drinking so much this weekend.
