Hello! I joined a month ago I believe and wanted to share some of the results I have had through penis exercise.

My routine consisted mostly of jelqing, kegeling and edging. There was also little to no masturbation this month (I believe that it negatively affects results). I think masturbating is bad because it causes the erection to fade which means your not getting as much blood flow through corpora cavernosa which won't keep it in an expanded state to allow enlargement (maybe this idea is invalid, I am still new to this). What I have noticed in this month of PE is that erection quality is off the chart. The erections are much more firm and tight which is a good thing (as a result of this my girth seems larger). I'm not sure whether i will make any length gains or not (but I feel that my erection quality needs to be optimal before that can be achieved). The jelqing routine was done between 65%-100% erection levels (I know this is not the safest method; but my grip isn't that strong to begin with so I don't experience pain when doing it at this level of erection). Usually after a routine i get some red dots and the doughnut effect which subside really quickly. I'm also using lubrication for the jelqs (wet jelqing).

I have also been using a few supplements such as L-arginine, L-lysine, lecithin, iron, vitamin b. I'm not sure if these supplements are doing anything for my penis, but I see no harm in taking them.

Overall I have had good results with jelqing for the first month. I hope to continue and share my progress with you guys. Initially I was doing stretches but I got a bad vibe from them after hearing about ligament damage (however penile surgery is all about ligament damage to add 1-2 inches in length so maybe that's a good thing for some). However by inducing damage to ligaments my penis would not hold up anymore and would drop down which is not exactly ideal.

As far as my routine is considered. It consists of some warming up. Jelqing for about an hour (using relatively slowly paced strokes) to allow for expansion of blood vessels for a good period of time. Following this I will edge for maybe 30 minutes. and warm down. I will probably incorporate fowfers and other stretches eventually I'm just trying to take things easy for the first month (don't want to cause any unecessary damage)

If you guys have any feedback I would love to hear it!
