  • DaBlocks Progress Log

Decided I would do a log to keep myself motivated since I have had no gains after completing the JP90 program. I do not smoke, drink, and I'm very active. So hopefully that will help my gains. I plan to reach a goal of 7 inch BPEL x 5.5 inch MEG.

Beginning routine at 6.4 inch BPEL and 5 inch MEG.

    *Week 1*

    No gains yet.

    *Week 2*
    No gains.

    Current Routine -
10 minute warmup followed by a 10 minute stretching period. (JAI stretches, V stretches, and A stretches)

    40 lambda and V jelqs

    60 kegels

edging and a 10 minute warm down

Does this routine seem enough to make gains after 4 months of Pe'ing?

Sure it does, but quite honestly you have to be the judge of that. Pay attention to your PI's for the next week or two, and if your routine needs to be adjusted, adjust it accordingly

Remember, if you make a gain, keep your routine the same! Don't get impatient and up the intensity, because you'll just overtrain.

Decided my schedule to be working on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday rest, Thursday, and Friday. Weekends I will be resting with light stretches.

Jake is would my a ligs/base being sore like my muscles after lifting weights be classified as pain? The ligs are just a dull ache if stretched so I'm sure this is just a neutral PI.

I've never experienced pain like that at my shaft base, or in my ligs, and I tug like a MF now! But of course I'm almost 8 weeks in with PE experience. Maybe lighten up with your intensity for now, and gradually increase it over time.

BTW, are you sure that you completed the JP90 program? I just find it a bit odd that you just joined PEgym this month... Did you do the JP90 correctly? All 90 days? I just find all of this a bit strange, and fishy.

You might want to consider taking rest days till you're pain/sore/ache free.

I lurked for quite a bit of time. But recently after getting no gains after the 4 months decided to get more involved with this community. So I have done the full program, but just made my account this week.

Ahhh okay. Take it easy with introducing those new exercises in your routine to keep from injuring your unit. As time progresses I'd say gradually up the intensity. It's all just conditioning into something new, just like you did with JP90, IMO.

Excited to work on them gains this week! Updating measurements on Saturday morning. This will be the day and time I use for my measurements whenever I measure to check for gains.

No gains this week. Didn't expect any quite yet so it's all good. I have to keep motivated though!

On my day off right now. I am not really seeing any PI's right now. Hopefully a better flaccid fluff will occur soon.

No noticeable gains this week. I am still motivated despite months into PE and no gains. I will reach my goals damnit!

Been having trouble doing routines this week. I have been exhausted with all the things I have had to do this week. I hope this doesn't interfere with any gains this coming week .

This week I should be able to commit to my routine finally. I have been too damn busy lately.
