Here we go, first post. Update and some questions.
So, due to the responses to my last thread where everyone told me that a bodybuilding-type regimen had in fact been unsuccessfully attempted by many before, I decided instead to look at the routines of the top gainers as posted by raptor6 here. Stretching and jelqing seem to be the top two most popular and effective methods for gaining length, and so I have begun a routine that looks like this:
DAY 1 (inspired by RB):
warm up
30 minutes stretching (circle cw/ccw, out, down, right, left, up, internal stretch, A-stretch, and tunica tug, in alternation and with helicopter shakes in between)
10 minutes jelqing
warm down
DAY 2:
5x1 weighted erect kegels (currently at 13 ounces, boner dropped down a bit for sets 3-5 so I won't be bumping up the weight for a while)
pelvic stretches
And then I just alternate days like that, allowing the PC muscles to rest on the stretch and jelq day and the penis to rest the next. Been at it for a total of five days now. I've read a bit about front and back reverse kegels to balance out the pelvic floor, but I'm still having some trouble figuring them out... It always feels like I'm just holding a regular kegel to a lesser degree. What's the best way to distinguish these muscles from one another?
If 30 minutes of stretching is too much for a beginner like myself, I'd have no issues with cutting back. What do you guys think? It hasn't caused me any pain so far, should I stick to a higher training volume or no?
Also, I currently have some little white bumps (that I'm getting checked out by a doctor soon) on my penis, could these possibly be due to PE? One is red and bigger than the rest, like a pimple, perhaps this is from PE also? I try to practice safe sex, so hopefully it's not an STD, but I'll find out anyways.
