Hello everyone its been awhile since ive last posted here but I started Pe last year and quit due to being very busy and never having any alone time, Last year I started jp90 beginners guide and this year I restarted the program february. It is now march and due to bad PI I couldnt get consistancy with PE but still as everyone says here less is better so at the most I would get maybe 2-3 days a week. I just recently purchased the x4 labs starter extender and decided to incorperate this with just 10 mins of jelqing after using the extender. The starter Pack comes with two comfort straps,2 foam pieces,the extender itself and 2 2 inch rods. Now the two rods that are two inches when screwed into the spring base its really long and I cant even use them for now. So for now I just use the base with part u can screw to adjust tension which I think can move as much as an inch so its more than enough to get you started. Anyway today I started my program so here is my progress stats for today.
10 Mins warm Up with rice sock
Extender-3.5 Hours
Jelqs-10 Mins (using petroleum jelly)
10 Mins warm down with rice sock.
As you can see its not much but I dont want to do a full jp90 program while extending as my PI havent been all that great lately, When using the extender I have the tension on the highest tension and with penis pointing downward. I have extender on highest tension for the reason of actually stretching the penis I feel on the lower tensions theres no stretching at visually that is.
I am also taking vitamins from gnc I got the mega men performance and vitality and it contains the following
Double Strength fish oil
Staminol-yohimbe bark extract 60 mg-horny goat weed 20 mg
L-arginine 1000 mg
It also contains alot of other stuff but I felt those were the most important when it comes to penis health.
When reading information about the extender Im using it is saying I have to use product for 1000 hours to gain an inch so I plan on putting this to the test. Anyone else have any great prgrams using the extender adding pe? If so Im a sponge and any useful info is appreciated!!! Here goes to a bigger me.
