      I never had an issue wih porn, don't look at it at all (except for a few steamy photos of my girl every now and then), not that I've never done so during my life but it's been at least three years since I've even looked at a porn site. it's not that I don't understand the attraction to porn, especially for a younger guy, but I love my girl and any and all sexual thoughts I have are about her entirely. I like to keep my mind and body focused on her and only her, when we are together i am in the moment with her and not thinking of other things, when we are apart i think about when we will be together again, a lesson all guys should learn.

        Taking a different approach for awhile, going easy for a few days to give myself some rest. Intensity was medium today and I cut back my times, I'm finding that the last couple of minutes have been spent thinking "is it over yet?" lately so I'll do more effective but shorter times, see what changes it brings. The idea also is derived from big Al's routine where he increases intensity for a few weeks then steps back a half a step and builds again.

          Noticing a little soreness in the glans again, I'll see how tomorrow goes but I think I may take a week off and let everything kind of settle. It's not affecting anything but just doesn't feel quite right, I'd rather be safe than sorry.

            Took a couple days off, wanted to take a week but something came up with work and I'm probably not going to be able to PE for a couple weeks after this one. Reason for wanting the time off was to rest my ligs, they feel back to normal now, and my glans has felt bruised from a couple slips during stretching (I think) and hasn't felt quite right for a couple weeks now. It's not getting any worse so I'm continuing forward and it'll have a chance to heal fully next week. It really doesn't feel like an injury, no pain, just not quite right, almost like the tip of my CCs got a little too much somewhere along the line. I'll go easy for the next couple days and monitor closely.

            I haven't seen my girl for awhile and it looks like even unexpected surprises may not happen for a couple/few months. I don't want to stop the gains I've enjoyed so far but at the rate I'm going I don't want to end up with too much, already at eight. Dilemma. Slow down and wait for her, or risk going too far and her not enjoy it. Can't risk it, I've got a lifetime to grow, can't shrink if I go too far, and that lasts a lifetime if it's cemented. Damn.

              An unexpected visit today before I hit the road for a couple weeks. It wasn't the best circumstances, late morning/early after noon outside for four hours in 90+ degree very humid heat (I was sweating like mad, eventually dehydrated and stopped sweating. Dehydration is really not good for EQ, I was a bit disappointed but not with myself, only that she didn't get the full effect of the new size because of the dehydration. The woods will have to wait until fall, not doing that again). When I did manage to get full EQ for brief periods of time I would bottom out and press hard in certain positions, she gasped when this happened but loved the sensation, asked about it afterwards and she was a little coy but obviously loved it. The main position I was worried about, missionary (may be boring, but nothing more intimate than to look deeply into each others eyes and breathe each other in with maximum body contact, heaven), was not an issue at all, there's still plenty of room left (I think). Girth for oral is beginning to pose a problem, I can't afford to gain much more. So I can still grind bone to assist with her orgasm at this length, once I return from my business trip it's game on again. I could find a way to continue PE while away but I really want to give my glans a rest to let this odd bruised feeling heal. I'll do some stretches in the shower or something a couple times but the next two weeks will be pretty much a break.

                I head back home tomorrow. I can say that I haven't done any PE really, I had one day I actually warmed up with a rice sock and did ten minutes of stretching. Everything is healed and feels good now and I figured out what caused the bruising sensation in my glans. I realized that when I grip and stretch I'm getting blood in the tip of my CCs, when I pull it's ballooning those tips and providing me the resistance for the stretch, otherwise my fingers would just be pulling skin or slip right off the end of my glans. My stretches had gotten so strong that I ended up damaging the tips. So from now on I have to stretch with less force and/or pinch out the blood from the tips with my other hand when I grip to prevent this from happening until I have conditioned more (I have to keep in mind that I've done three months, but 1/1 on/off hasn't given me much conditioning). I'm ready to get back into things, my unit is begging for some jelqing. I haven't measured so I don't know if taking these past couple weeks has been detrimental to my progress but I would expect to have lost at least a little, but I'll get it back soon enough. I am very happy to report that nocturnal and morning wood has been phenomenal, it's a consistent every single day thing. I've woken myself up rolling over onto an erection several times and every single morning my unit was up to greet me and rock hard. I compare that to when I started this and I hadn't had morning wood for as long as I could remember, years. PE works.

                  Just adding notes to keep my log updated. I have not been PEing since my return, I am not stopping or dropping out, I just had an unexpected opportunity to spend real time with my girl. Two full days with no work, we were spending time being social with friends but had nights and one morning completely to ourselves. It was the first time we really had quality time together since I started PE, we've had an afternoon here and there but this is the first time we had full days together. All I can say is wow, and all she could say was something that sort of resembled wow, couldn't really discern what she was saying, she doesn't enunciate well when she is screaming My EQ was consistent, rock hard, morning wood for her to reach out to with a devilish grin. I hit spots I haven't reached before, and was doing it consistently. She was animated and vocal like she has never been before (and I mean ever. She was embarrassed by her outbursts, but not enough to keep her from doing it again several more times). Best comment "I could feel all of you". When only operating at an EQ of 8 it's hard to press those spots, to get the full effect of that upward curve, sporting my new and improved 10 EQ it made firm contact and drove her wild. I can't believe what an improvement PE has made in such a short period of time. I'm not looking forward to not seeing her again for days/weeks on end, but I am very anxious to return to PE full time and continue improving and gaining (I really want another half inch, I'm touching a spot during my peak EQ and want to be able to press it throughout our lovemaking, not just the fullest erect state right before I hit the PONR). I sort of have a new measurement system, there's the fullest state of erection when measuring to track gains, that moment just before PONR when I measure, but my goals now are for an "all the time" measurement, the length experienced during the time leading up to then. With good EQ there's not a lot of difference, but my final goal isn't going to be that fullest length, but I'll stop when my all the time measurement is pressing that spot just right, I want to hear her scream more.

                    Yesterday managed one final afternoon with my girl, so incredible. But today for the first time in a month (a month to the day, damn, where did the time go?) I did some PE. I did some measurements before starting and was only down 1/8", could be fatigue too, but fears of losing gains have been allayed. It felt fantastic to do some jelqs, my unit has missed exercising. From my experiences over the past week I'm going to really focus on length, any girth gains will be a side effect, I'm pretty much at my comfortable limit for girth, well she is. Length I can still add more and really want another 1/2 inch or so, see how it goes for her.

                      Problems with grip today, kept slipping but I still got a decent stretch. Jelqs were at a higher EL than I would have liked but after a month off they were just feeling a little too good, I feel like a first timer all over again, might take a couple sessions to get things back to normal. I did try the reheat that I inadvertently stumbled on last time, I think it's here to stay. I also measured again and it looks like that 1/8" I thought I lost is already back, EQ was phenomenal.

                        Not feeling it today at all, lack of sleep and stress hitting me. Tried edging a couple times and just couldn't get full EQ. Might be time to start hitting the gym again for the rest of my body. Hopefully tonight I can get a good nights sleep and feel better tomorrow.

                            Started last night but was interrupted half way through stretches, I finished ten minutes but wasn't focused. Did a full routine this morning, felt good, did pretty high intensity to get things moving along again and it feels good. Just the right amount of fatigue and soreness. Hopefully gains will start back up again in the next couple of weeks, I feel properly conditioned again and back to where I was a month ago.

                              My unit was wanting it today, felt good to PE today, I had to restrain myself from overdoing it.

                              3 Uli in the shower, wasn't so much to do them as it was to get a feel for them, unit seems conditioned enough to handle these, will potentially start incorporating a couple from time to time. I'll decide later.

                              Got my TLC tugger today. I'm going to wear the cup to try an increase sensitivity first before deciding to grow the skin. I told my girl about it and she's supportive. Not sure why I'm hesitating about the skin but I just want to see how much of a difference it makes before committing to something irreversible. I'll give one month with the cone and report back.
