    hey guys, i just started the JP program, and i will be writing my progress here.

    i didn't start the program today, i started on 09/23/09. the 5 day split is wed thur fri sat sun, with off days being mon, tues. on these days i just heat up for about 10-15 mins twice, and i do 200 kegels (erect/flaccid)

    the suppliments i'm taking are few, rhodiola rosea, and maral root extract.

    i'm warming up with a heating pad, which i find much better than hot water because it's more difficult for me to maintain an erection after a hot shower. the heating pad actually gives me an erection, so i'll stick with that.

    my stats are (as of sept 29, 2009) BPEL 5.20 EG 4.30 BPFSL 5.00 FL 4.00 FG 4.05

    after week one, so far i'm experiencing better EQ and today after i masturbated i realized i had a much much better orgasm than usual. that's actually what made me write up this progress log.

    You have similiar starting stats to me. Whatever you do, don't give up, I know how easy it is to lose motivation within the first few weeks. Good luck.
    Start 15th July 2009: 5.25" BPEL, 4.5" EG

    15th Sep 2009: 5.8" BPEL 4.6" EG

      just make sure you do the exercises right,, don't rush, take your time on stretching,, i learned the hardway. 2 months of wasted effort that i can't get back. hope you do well

        Comeon9x6, thank you for the advice. I sure as hell don't wanna waste close to an hour 5 times weekly lol. As of right now I'm pretty confident about the way I do the exercises, but if I have questions I know that you guys, and the rest of the forum are here to help.

          i'm impatient... can't wait to get out of work and PE. i usually perform my exercises in the morning (helps me wake up) but i got up an hour late today so that was out of the question. i did 200 quick kegels on the drive to work though.

          btw for the first week i jelq'd in the shower using soap as lubricant. i picked up a big bottle of astroglide yesterday, which if i'm not mistaken should last me way throughout my 90 day program.

              well, i originally put up my real location (nyc) but i suggested this site to a friend and don't wan't him to know who i am. my name being joe, being from nyc... kinda easy to put the two and two together.

                so last night before bed, i had a really good workout.

                i warmed up for 15 mins with the heating pad that i mentioned, then did everything else in JP's routine. only difference is i did the routine sitting down not standing up as i did last week. holy hell do i feel a nice stretch when doing the vjelqs. feels good!

                    after the gym this aftenoon (could barely walk, great leg workout) i had a good session. during the warmup i incorporated the inner penis stretch. did 3 sets of 45 second holds, with helicopter shakes thrown in between. my penis didn't hang too well after the workout, so i'm guessing it's not time yet for me to do these regularly since i only have 7 solid workouts in. gotta condition that tool! lol.

                      woke up really late this morning, so i didn't get a chance to exercise the way i like... when i first wake up, so i'll be PE'ing tonight after the gym.

                        Just had a really intense workout. Heated up really well... What a flaccid hang. For some reason my head looks much thicker. I love it.

                          oh what a great workout i just had. i changed the inner penis stretch to two 30 second reps. feels good man!

                          cock was looking super thick throughout the workout, i did take it up to 100% EQ, with the astroglide on it omfg... looked amazing.

                          time for my two days off i can't wait for 2 more weeks, so i can measure.

                              AJ, I really like your heating pad idea. They are inexpensive and I can keep one in my room no questions asked cuse of my job.
