Overall goal. Achieve lower hang. Achieve 7-8 inch erection with excellent EQ. Increase Flaccid size.. Increase time to EJAC, PC control.

Program: Warmup -- 10 minutes stretch and helicopters integrating kegels -- 15 minutes + jelq and v jelq -- Pump 5 mins low pressure -- Warmdown. Occasional Fowfers at desk. Edging. Kegels.
Thoughts: One week in. Feeling good. Flaccid length and girth way better than a week ago. Cant believe I'm only 5.5 NBP. Use 5 inch piece of black tape to measure mid girth. Base girth a bit wider, head girth less. Created Measure Stick as time capsule.
