Probly an eq issue. If you measured correctly i dont know what else it could be. Try doing girth work, and if your conditioned look into clamping, squeezes, ulis, etc. no one is here to scam anyone; your hands are free. Id obviously quit extending and whatever else you were doing. Check out the TGC theory as it may help you gain your size back.
Side note: this forum is probably one the most helpful out there, as far as the community itself goes. Itd be hard for me to maintain a positive attitude if this happened to me as well, but its no one elses' fault. Take responsibility.
