    Hi guys, I've been lurking a couple PE forums for awhile now and haven't really decided to make an account, but I had heartburn tonight so I couldn't sleep. So I figured.... why not finally start my log.

    A little about myself, I am 21 and not a very big guy (not in terms of just my penis), and I have a wonderful girlfriend. My sex life is great and wonderful, and I am able to do much with my current size =D
    My girlfriend and I are very adventurous when it comes to sex, as I was a virgin up until 20 years old, I would have to say in this short span of time, I have learned a lot. My girlfriend is very understanding, and when it comes to sex, we've basically done it all (minus the extreme genres of BSDM and likes).

    My motivation for PEin is not to boost size for my moral, as I am very comfortable with myself already, but to further progress in my sex life.     As for measurements go, these are my starting.

    EG: 5.2 Inches (Base) 4.9 Inches (Everywhere else)
    FL: 2 Inches for most of the day
    EQ: 9-10 when watching porn, 10 when with the girlfriend
    Already my EQ is fairly good, when I am erect, my penis is pointing up very prominently

    5 mins warm up in shower
    2 sets of 15 second stretches (Up, Down, Left, Right)
    10 wet jelqs at 5 secs each 60% Erection
    Warm down as I finished showering
    50 Kegels 5 sec holds


    This first routine I messed up a bit, thought my penis could handle the intensity at which I was jelqing. I got a couple purple spots, but no biggie, within a few hours, most of them had begun to dissappear. I took this as a sign that I have not conditioned my penis for these exercises yet so I did some more reading and toned down the squeeze.

    Sept 23 2009
    5 mins warm up in shower (very hot water, shower is basically steaming up the washroom)

    25 wet jelqs at 3-5 secs each 60-70% Erection

    Sept 24 2009 was my off day
    Immediately I have noticed my all day flaccid is longer, and pretty much constant all day now at 3.25 inches.
    As far as PIs go, I've never really got night wood, but talking to my gf at night on the phone usually gets me hard and an EQ of 10 for easily 10 mins+ without manual stimulation.
    I get morning wood from time to time (4-5 days a week), but I usually down 2 glasses of water before bed as a preventative measure to wake up naturally in the morning for school. During class tho, at random times, any slight grazing feeling to my penis could set an erection of up to an EQ of 9 to 10 on most days, and the slight thought of my gf and I usually gives me an erection.
    Masturbated twice this day and 50 Kegels 5 sec holds.

    I started to think by doing stretches, that it would slow my girth gain substantially so I stopped stretching (a mistake I regret to present day)

    So far this is my routine, earlier on when I started, my penis did not feel too engorged or full after my PE sessions. As I gradually increased the intensity, I noticed my flaccid hang after the session was more or so the same, with a possible increase of .5 inches in flaccid hang.

    By now since I have increased my squeeze, erection level and amount of jelqs, I have noticed my penis becoming a bit more vascular after PE sessions.

    Morning woods are still a hit or miss, because usually I have such a strong urge to wake up and piss, that trying to even get a boner with porn in that state would be near impossible =P

    PIs are still good I believe, still getting random erections even from walking once in awhile. Haven't noticed any gains thus far (didn't expect any since its been such a short time)

    What I have gained so far is EQ, I used to be getting anywhere from 8-10s when I get erections, but as of late, my EQ has been a good 9-10 all the time. Sometimes even my penis feels as though it is at 110% hardness as I feel very engorged.

    Also, I was wondering what kind of stretches should I maybe look up for the near future, or even now. With basic stretches, when I pull to the sides, the skin around the groin feels very tight, and sometimes uncomfortable, also I don't feel as strong a lig stretch as I do when I pull down.

    I'd just like to thank everyone on this forum for providing so much information to aid me. I plan to update this daily if possible, and get some pics up soon, as I want to get pics of my unit at starting =D I know its not that big, but the maturity of these forums makes me feel at ease as I don't have to worry.

    Alright, finally back on a PE day

    Today I ran the CIBC Run for the Cure, and it was awesome, the run was great and my time was a bit slow.... but I'm glad I did it.

    Anyways back to PE!!

    The penis is still looking the same, only slighty plump, and fairly vascular after PEing.

    Also, forgot to mention, I have been taking 2000-3000mg of Maca root extract, and 1000-2000mg of L-Arginine for approx 6 days now, and I have not ejaculated for the last 3 days.

    Going to see if it has made a difference thus far compared to my usual amounts. Also after this, for the next 3 days I plan to eat 1 cup of oatmeal and around 3-4 stalks of celery to see if any volume changes have occured.

      Alright, a quick update on the ejaculate results.

      After 3 days of no ejaculation, the volume released was about a tablespoon (14ml) and a little more. For comparison reasons, the volumes will be given below.

      In the past without supplements and masturbating at least once a day.
      1 Teaspoon or less if I ejaculate around 2-3 times a day (~2-3 mL)
      1.5 Teaspoons or a bit more if I only ejaculate once a day (6-8 mL)

      This amount could of been due to majority on the conserving of sevral days with masturbation to near ejaculation and stopping for multiple times a day.

      Also, since I have a medical condition I haven't really taken a plunge to try these volume pills. I have read many places that volume pills do not work, but I frequent bodybuilding.com often, and have stumbled upon a pill that many members have bought and stand by.

      These pills are called "Ejaculoid" by Goliath Labs, if you headover to bodybuilding.com they cost about. 16.99 a bottle for 60 capsules. If you just search up "ejaculoid" in the forums over there, you wil find many reviews and posts.

      Hope this info helps many of you, seeing as I have seen the topic of "semen volume" been brought up multiple times across all PE forums.

But I had to study and had to put an end to my urges haha.

        Hey guys, I back with some gains!!

        So I noticed that my right side of my shaft has gotten a bit bigger. At first I thought it was a lump or some vein issue, but after a few days it hasn't really subsided. It does not appear to be edema, or a vein that has too much blood.

        My shaft is thicker in the middle now, with an EQ of 8, since I had already jerked it once earlier today, the measurement on my midshaft was 5.0 inches.

        If it were an EQ of 10 like my starting measurment, I am sure it be the same size as my base as it appears to be the same size.

          Decided to change things up a bit, I don't really like stretching by pulling on my cock with my hand. I can't seem to find a comfortable postion... so any suggestions would be wonderful.

          Also, instead of aming for a number of jelqs, I decided to really make sure each jelq was proper and done correctly in an alotted time and worried less about how may I did.

          This workout was a bit slack... as my gf is coming up to visit me in my Dorm..... so this weekend will be no PE =P

            EDIT:

            I have also noticed after reading a bit on the forums... that my penis has started to baseball bat in a matter of two weeks....

            I believe it is due to me not starting consistently at the base of the penis. I have noticed that when I place my grip starting at the base, as soon as I lock my grip, I am already 1-2 cms away from the base.

            To correct this, I am going to try to use the overhand grip for jelqing. Any other info and help would be nice.

                        Nothing different as of lately, but noticed the penis is much more conditioned now, as the tightness of my grip has increased in jelqing, and no spotting has occured.

                          Dear weazy, because of your wonderful angle "The perfect angle" you may actually be larger than the measurments you took. Well anyway you look larger to me. Try this, take a string run it along the natural angle of yoour 1 o'clock and then place the string on the ruler. Mind you this will be a NBP, but if will give you a more accurate idea of your true size. Go from the base to the meatus (pee hole) with the string.

                            Ive noticed, that my penis has been much more conditioned, also my PIs are still quite strong and no purple spotting has happened since the addition of Ulis. With these results, I believe it is ok to keep the ulis in!

                              Man I have been gone for a long time, I wish I could call this an official month.. but I've only really done like 2-3 weeks worth of PE =( Keep procrastinating on other things, and had to take time out of PE. But Im BACK!!
