    I have been pretty satisfied with my size my whole life. Yeah sure, I have always wanted a bit more. So last month I was surfing the Internet and I found this website. It looked interesting and I started reading more and more. I decided to give it a go! I already knew kegels. The first time I discovered them and started exercising them was in 2005. I actually think I have quite strong muscles down there because I have trained them quite a lot during the years. But I am one of those guys who lose some erection when really pressing the muscles! Sometimes during masturbating when I squeeze the muscles, my erections runs through my fingers like sand! Nothing is left. Maybe I need more mind control to go along with the muscles.

    Anyways, on the 17th of September I measured myself. BPEL was 17cm/6.69" and EG 11cm/4.33". I build myself a rice-sock-warmer. E-vitamin hand lotion I already had. I did the warm up and then the stretching according to the basic instructions on the website. The first stretching was quite strange. I think I was stretching more the foreskin than the penis itself. I remember how the skin from the base of the penis stretched and looked like an umbrella wrong way around! What a mental image!

    The first jelq routine was pretty nice. Felt like masturbating a joystick without pressing the button on the top of it. Of course it was a learning experience. Afterwards my penis was a bit sore. It felt like, well, it felt like I had been jelqing for the first time in my life. The O-grip felt weird and maybe I did it too hard.

    Overall, the first session lasted around 45 minutes - warm-up 10 minutes, stretching 10 minutes and 25 minutes of jelqing.

    During the first week I felt like I am jelqing too hard. Even the next day I felt like my penis had a rough handling the day before. But now that I have done this two weeks, I don't feel like that anymore. The sessions are going okay. No pain.

    I focus more on the stretching now. I try to stretch maybe 10-15 minutes. Just normal basic stretches from the basic exercises. Nothing advanced at this point. Jelqing is interesting. I am changing my style all the time. I use both hands. I do both normal O-grip and - what do you call it - reversed O-grip. The reversed is more difficult because in the base, under the penis just when I start the movement, the skin of the ball sack prevents my fingers from closing the O. But I have learnt it somehow. It does not start as from the base of the penis as normal O-grip but still it feels quite good.

    So both hands and both O-grips. Erection level changes. Usually I am watching some TV-series on my laptop so there is nothing arousing there but there are times when I am quite hard - maybe 80-90%. Or sometimes my dick goes totally flaccid, drops to 20%. But I don't care about that. I just keep on going slowly and after a while, it will be harder again. No worries!

    I use a lot of lotion. I think it feels more effective when the O-grip slides smoothly. With little lotion I feel I am only rubbing the skin and making it warm. So I think the dry jelq would not be for me.

    I don't ejaculate after the session. I wait a couple of hours or so - nothing exact here - and later if I still feel like it, I masturbate and kill some future Elias Juniors! Next, I will talk about some problems or questions I have.

      So, I am posting these now on the same day. That's because I didn't know that there is a section for users' blogs. I was actually longing for it and tonight as I was reading random threads, I found this. So now I will post everything I have to say until today.

      About stretching.

      I cannot hold my penis while stretching. It always starts to slip away from my grip. I pull my foreskin back and take a firm grip just under the head. I try to avoid pulling the head but instead just under it. That's the only place where my grip does not slip. Much! But it is really hard. I am lucky if I can stretch 10 seconds at a time. It just keeps slipping away. So that I just have to learn to do properly.

      About jelqing.

      On the right side of the shaft of the penis, there is a huge blood vein. When I jelq, in the end of the movement - when the O-grip reaches the part where the head starts - I feel like the blood vessel is not feeling okay. It looks somehow that I am pressing it against the penis or actually the head of the penis. Is that clear enough? Meaning, start a jelq from the base of the penis (the foreskin is not back) with a lot of lotion. Move the O-grip along the shaft until it reaches the head of the penis. During the jelq, the foreskin of course moves forward. And there where the grip ends, the foreskin is packed, pushed tightly against the head of the penis and somehow I feel that the blood vessel does not like it.

      I found out that it is better if I use my left hand for jelqing because like I wrote, it is on the right side of the shaft and if I jelq with my right hand, it makes the grip tighter around the vessel. Again, a learning experience. I don't know how you guys, how your blood vessels are when you jeql but mine makes me switch hands.

        Captain's log - last entry for today.

        So yes, today was my 10th training session. I don't actually have any specific programme like some of you. I just heat my rice-sock-warmer, warm my dick for 10-15 minutes and then stretch for the same period of time. All directions I stretch. I don't count seconds. Like I wrote earlier, I have problems with my stretch grip so long stretches are not really possible. Then I jeql. It takes around 25-30 minutes. A lot of lotion and with both hands and both grips. I try to do 3 second jeqls.

        Hey, do you guys stretch in the end of each jeql? Give a little 2 second push before you release the grip and start a new jeql from the base? I have tried it a couple of times now. It feels different but still, it would actually be an erect stretch because well, the penis is quite erect when I jeql. So would it be safe to do it now?

        I have not measured yet. It has only been two weeks. But in my mind I feel bigger! Just yesterday I was in a department store looking for clothes. I had to use the toilet there. There I was peeing in the department store toilet, holding my penis with my right hand the same way you hold a tennis racket - full five finger grip - and thinking that hell yeah, it is working! At home too, I am watching it while I pee and think that it looks longer. Maybe it is a mental thing. I don't know but I like!

        The three month period usually is the beginning period it seems. My three months will be over in December which is pretty interesting. I will have a hot date in December with a girl whom I have not seen in three years! Long story short, we had something three years ago but then I moved to a different country and we separated. Now I am flying to see her. I remember how back then she was moaning how she feels me so deep and how big I was. I would be really happy if instead of my old 17cm dick, I could give her a new updated 18cm version. Oh yeah, I really don't understand inches because in my country we have the metric system. But I feel with centimetres I can have better goals for my exercising. For me focusing to reach 1cm makes more sense than 1 inch. An inch does not sound like a baby step but one centimetre does.

          Elias you are going well and seem to have the basics down well. One point; when jelqing we recomend 30% to 70% erection level. Now if you go under this no problem just keep going and try to get back above 30%, however erection above 70% can cause injury. Whilst some veterans with a lot of condition, do use over 70%, at this point I would stop for awhile and let it go below 70%.
          Flacid gains usually precede erect ones, so you could see some gains.
          Grip while stretching can be a problem, many guys use a cloth to help grip.
          Many members think in metric, I can think in either, in any case it is easy to convert.

            I just finished my session for today. Warming up wasn't that good today. Stretching was okay. I tried to stretch with a towel. Didn't work. Actually it hurt because of the fabric. But I did do another stretching after jelqing. All together today's session was maybe one hour.

            Yeah, I think Pegasus you are right. It was a bit too much to jelq with over 70%. Also I feel that I was jelqing too hard. I read some threads here a couple of days ago where many guys were thinking if they are jelqing too hard. I took it easier this time. Not too hard of a grip and with not too big of an erection. Actually it felt pretty nice. But I did it longer this time, over 30 minutes. But it doesn't hurt and during jelqing I didn't have that problem with the blood vein I was writing earlier.

            I am not sure if the vein is the superficial dorsal vein that I have been abusing. It is more on the right side of the shaft and not in the middle. Sometimes when I jelq, it really looks ugly the way I abuse it with my grip. But yeah, today felt better because of the easier grip and more flaccid penis.

            Yesterday I read about ballooning and edging. Man I got confused! Ballooning 101 here is totally different than what it is on the Internet in general. Anal breathing and magic spots? I didn't find any spots and anal breathing didn't feel anything special. The ballooning they talk about on other sites - close to cumming and then stopping x 5 - is something that I am sure every guy has done since they first discovered that they have a penis! But still, makes me think if it really grows the penis? To come close to PONR and then stopping. And repeating it few times. Yeah sure the feeling is great and the glans gets bigger when you try to stop cumming with your PC muscles but does it grow my dick?

            Studying continues as I wait for my next session day after tomorrow!

              Today's topics are PE sessions, kegeling and gains. So let's get started.

              Two sessions have passed since the last entry. I have doubled the warming time. Rice sock goes to microwave and comes out. After 10 minutes of warming my penis when the sock has cooled down, it goes back to the micro and warming continues. With double the warming time I can stretch longer without being afraid of injury. Stretching is starting to go well. Some problems still but I take it easy and stretch long time so no worries. I also stretch a bit after jelqing.

              With jelqing too, I have been trying longer sessions. Two days ago, I reckon I jelqed around 45 minutes while watching House, and today around half an hour. Quite low erection level, around 50% with a gentle grip. I don't know how much you guys here talk about different grips but I have been trying Oval-grip (that's what I call it). When in O-grip, you apply the pressure all around the penis - edges, under and top - in Oval-grip, the pressure is felt only on the top and under of the penis. That is, I don't apply pressure to the edges at all (thus the fingers make kind of an oval-shape and do not touch the edges). The reason is the blood vein I have been writing before in my progress blog. It just feels uncomfortable to rub it with the O-grip. To avoid that, I am trying to find different styles and right now this Oval feels pretty good.

              Another thing I want to write is kegeling. Very nice blog 'How not to kegel while having sex'. With some experiences the guys are writing I do agree but some I don't. The thing I would like to add is that focus more on breathing too. Yeah, super fast teenage masturbating is the reason why many guys cum so fast but also that they don't breathe! I remember when I was a teenager and my parents were sleeping in the next room. I was so scared that they could hear me wank, I was barely breathing. Breathing makes sounds and that might wake them up! That's not right! Proper inhaling and exhaling can help control when you cum. When I first was introduced to kegeling in 2005 by Men's Health UK, they wrote about a kegel exercise where you combine it with breathing - kegel while inhaling, relax while exhaling or vice versa.

              I already wrote some time ago that I think I have gained some flaccid length. Now when I hold my penis, I feel that also I have gained some flaccid girth. Feels so thick. Well, yesterday it was my 'three week PE anniversary' so I decided that it is time to measure. To see if the growth is only in my mind! First I measured with a ruler. I thought it is wrong. I took a string and measured again. No way! Again ruler. Then again string. I got 17,5cm and when kegeling really hard to make the head bigger, 18cm. Yeah sure, there might have been some measurement error when I measured the first time three weeks ago but now there was not! I measured so many times and with different ways.

              So this means that in three weeks I have gained approximately 0.50cm-1cm/0.19"-0.39" in erection length. I also measured my girth. This is unbelievable! It used to be 11cm/4.33" but now it is 12cm/4.72"! I was really surprised about that because I thought that it is hard to get girth gains.

              Anyways, even if I have grown only that 0.50cm, it is great! My plan was to achieve 1cm/0.39" in three months but now if I manage to continue with this rate, I will gain total of 2cm in erection length! I think I will be ready for my hot date in December! And what I am really happy about, is how hard I am! I think you here call it erection quality! Just lying on the bed and watching porn makes me super hard. Usually porn doesn't have this kind of an effect on me. It makes me hard yes and I can get 100% erection but nowadays it feels like the scale should be extended to show 110% erections! Super hard!

              So how will I continue now? I will still do basic exercises. I don't want to try anything advanced yet. Just making sure that I warm my penis very well with the rice sock. Then a long stretching session followed by jelqing. To end the PE session, some stretching. I am really excited now! I have always liked my penis but now I actually think that I am falling in love with it!

                PC-muscle questions.

                It has been a while since my last posting. No reason. I haven't had anything to say really. I have been exercising every other day. I will measure again next week. Then I will be six weeks in with my training.

                Anyway, just now I started reading stuff about PC muscle because for the past few weeks, I have been trying different things with mine. I mean different kegel exercises. Now I am reading Infosex dot com. The advice is all about relaxing the PC muscle and breathing correctly in order to last longer. Yeah, I have known that. It is easy to notice when masturbating that squeezing the muscle makes me come quicker but still I keep playing around with it. Trying new things. You know, learning about myself.

                I think on the thread here at the Gym 'How not to kegel while sex' someone wrote that he uses kegeling as a last line of defense to stop him from coming. I have been trying this during the past few weeks - I bring myself close to PONR, stop stroking the penis, hold it under the glans and kegel like there is no tomorrow! It feels pretty good to fight against coming. And it works! Then when I move away from PONR, I stroke the penis again bringing myself again to PONR. After few times of completing this cycle, I no longer have to stroke the penis. I just hold it with a O-grip and shake it a little bit because that kind of a little touch makes me feel like exploding.

                But there is a problem though. It does feel unbelievable to stay so close to coming and when I finally ejaculate, wow! But am I doing something wrong with PC muscle? By kegeling like that, am I actually making my sexual performance worse? Or am I helping to control (postpone) my ejaculation? Because the studies and arguments I read, they all say that in order to last longer, keep PC relaxed.

                So what is the purpose of kegeling? Just to give harder erections? No effect on ejaculation control?

                  And then it was 18cm!

                  Oh yes! After measuring today with a ruler over and over and over again, the little brother has grown to be 18cm/7.08". 1cm in length since I started on the 17 of September, that is in six weeks. Not bad! Not bad at all!

                  So yeah, the growth rate until now has been 0.50cm/three weeks. The 10th of December (if I can keep on growing like this) it should be 19cm/7.48" in length. That sounds awesome!!!

                  The girth is still 12cm/4.72" although a couple of times when I measured with a string today, it seemed to be a bit more. But mostly the results came up as 12cm. I have never measured flaccid girth but I feel it has been growing a lot, and so has the flaccid length. My penis is hanging so much longer all the time. I feel like I am walking around with a small erection.

                  I have changed my exercises a bit. I am focusing more on stretching. Nowadays I also do JAI stretches and I have tried a couple of times A-stretches. Yes I know I should not do them now because I have just started exercising but I do them with 0-15% erection levels, so I don't think I will get hurt. I also stretch more down nowadays because I read the LOT article and mine is 9:00 and higher. Feels pretty amazing and different when stretching down and especially when I sit on it! That really stretches it!

                  That's it! No long stories this time. Keep on exercising guys! I know I will.

                    Hmm...I am a bit worried.

                    I have been reading blogs about guys who have been over-training and I started to think if I am going over board too. Yesterday was supposed to be my training day but I decided to do kegels only, exercise today.

                    I just finished a very light session. Warm-up, some stretching and light jeqeling. The reason was the session was so short today because I got scared I injured myself. I was doing a flaccid bend with very low erection level, maybe 20%. I was holding it and suddenly I felt something happened under my finger. It has happened before and I have always thought that it is just the lotion in my grip that is making 'bubbely' sounds, you get the picture? I let go my grip and saw that now under my shaft there are five small red dots. They look like blood under the skin. Or actually inside the skin because they move along the skin (so they are not in the shaft itself). I have had this before. On Thursday on my foreskin one red dot appeared but now it's gone already. Healed in three days.

                    But now, there are so many of these red dots. Makes me worried a bit. I have no pain and when it happened, I stopped exercising and started masturbating. I had an erection like always so the unit is working. But when I look at them, it makes me worried. The dots are inside my foreskin, underside of it. To say it more in detail - if I was circumcised now, the red blood spots would be cut away along with the skin. But still, makes me worried.

                    I have been exercising now for 7 weeks and just a couple of weeks ago, I started doing something out of the basic programme. But really cautiously! With small erection levels and little force.

                    I think I will take a break of a couple of days. Just to make sure everything works properly.

                      I wouldn't worry too much about the red spots they are just burst capillries and heal quickly, though you don't want to be bursting them all the time it leads to discolouration. Over training is a bad idea and can be detrimental to gains sounds like you need a couple of days off. Kegeling is good for stopping the PONR just like you have been doing, but relaxing the pc is a whole different thing which is talking about relaxing so the PONR takes longer to arrive.

                        Yes Mr. Jiminy, I reckon you were right about the capillries. They are just a memory now. I am not sure about the colour though. I guess it might be a bit darker now than last time. I have already seen some colour change earlier in some parts of the foreskin. But nothing huge.

                        A week from now it is time to measure again. After that, I will start my last three weeks of my basic programme. Well, like I wrote earlier, I have started to do some advanced exercises already. Nothing radical but just trying something. To keep the programme fresh you know. But there are so many advanced exercises I want to try but not yet. After the three month period.

                        Like Jiminy suggested, I took a two day break and today I did my session. Felt pretty goooood! Really low intensity session although a long one watching the new Heroes episode. What happened to that series? What a shame. Damn.

                        I am expecting my girth to show some gains for next week. At least flaccid girth is growing so hopefully it shows in the erection too. I reckon tomorrow I will do some kegels but next PE-session will be the day after.

                            So it has been few days since I posted something. I was supposed to exercise yesterday but instead I did some kegels. I felt that my dick was not recovered enough from the previous session. Yeah, I know I wrote that it was a light session but I just had the feeling that better take a day off. But the main reason still is that I feel I have been training too much. The idea of over-training just lingers in my mind. I have morning wood but when I masturbate, I am not that hard as I was few weeks ago. I read my old posts where I say how watching porno makes me crazy hard! Now I don't feel like that.

                            So yesterday I studied. I read Remek's TGC theory and Sparkyx' PI at Thunder's Place, and today I have been downloading .pdf articles about the smooth muscle. Thank you university library database!

                            The idea that I am over-training is strong. I grade my EQ 8. Nice morning wood but it's not made of steel. Sometimes for few seconds erection angle points to 11 o'clock but then it lowers to 10. Easiness to achieve a really good erection takes more time than few weeks ago. Everything points to over-training.

                            But the second thing is the smooth muscle. According to the theory, there might be a gap between the muscle and tunica thus the smooth muscle does not relax totally and blood flows out of the penis, and that's why I don't have EQ 10. But my BPFSL is 7.28-7.44" (compared to BPEL of 7.08") which is not more than 0.50" what Remek says is the indication of smooth muscle being the problem. So I don't know.

                            But I made a choice that I will try to exercise the smooth muscle more than the tunica now. To see if any changes occur. Today I did a good warm-up, just a little bit of stretching, 10 minutes of jelqing and then some girth exercises (squeezes) with variable erection levels. After the session, I studied about kegels and did some light kegel exercises too.

                            I have decided to continue like that - focus more on girth exercises because according to Remek, those are the ones making the smooth muscle stronger and thus increasing my EQ. But the only question that I have is the day offs. Usually I exercise every other day but now I am thinking if I should do it every three days. Just to make sure that the low EQ is not due to weak dick - lack of recovery.

                            I have a huge life change ahead of me. In four weeks I am moving to another country again and I am meeting a girl whom I haven't seen in a long time. I want to be in top shape at that time. Considering my past with some EDs, I cannot stand the idea of having a low EQ and a weak/tired cock when I meet her.

                            If someone - who knows more about the TGC theory, increasing EQ and the smooth muscle - is reading this post, feel free to write me some pointers. I would really appreciate it.

                            Oh! I almost forgot! Few weeks ago I read kingpole's blogs about magic spots (I think ballooning 101), and I said that I have no idea where they are or if I even have those things. After today's session I started masturbating and with my left hand thumb I started pressing the base of the shaft. My plan was not to ejaculate because I had just exercised but I couldn't stop myself! What just happened!!!

                              Better news!

                              The last time I wrote was Saturday. My EQ was 8 and I was worried that I am over-training. I had my head full of ideas about tunica and smooth muscle. 'Let's do squeezes because surely I am loosing my hardness because of the smooth muscle'.

                              Still on Sunday I was not satisfied with my EQ so what did I do? I went back to basics. Did 10 minute warm-up, 10 minute stretching and 15 minute jelqing (low erection level, very slowly maybe 4-5 seconds each with a gentle grip). What happened? Few hours later I was watching porno with a pretty hard dick! I rated my erection to be EQ 9 or 9.5.

                              What have I learnt from all this? Do not go advanced during the first three months! I did that. I started doing some advanced exercises (although not that much) after two months and my cock said no! Although the low EQ lasted only few days, for me it was a sign that now I am going too far too fast.

                              I am going to continue by doing the basic exercises until I finish the basic period. Or maybe I continue even further with these exercises. Until I don't grow anymore. Stupid to change the programme if it is working for me. I have been growing just fine with normal stretches and jelqs.

                              Plus I started to keep an Excel spreadsheet journal. I mark down my exercises exactly the way I do them and also I keep a daily list of my PI's. I keep a diary when I work out at the gym so I don't understand why I haven't started one here at the PEGym.

                              Tuesday I did another basic set. Felt good. Today rest. Tomorrow again PE and yeah, I should measure again. Measuring should be easy now that my cock is HARD AGAIN.
