So! After much reading, I decided to give PE a try and started today! I started with the beginner's routine found here : Penis Enlargement Gym - Your First Penis Enlargement Routine
Current stats :
NBPEL : 4
BPEL : 5
EG @ base : 5,5
EG under the glans : 4,5
FL : 2
Wanted stats :
NBPEL : 6-7
EG @ base : 6-7
EG under the glans : 6-7
FL : Not sure, maybe 4 inches would be nice
BPEL : Don't really care BPEL is more of a mesurement matter for me.
As my name states, I hope to reach 7 or at least 6 inches NBPEL. I also want to reach 6-7 EG both @ base and under my glans, or at least not more than 1/4 inches widder @ base. At first I had trouble streching and jelquing properly due to my really small flacid size but I managed to do it properly I guess.
After my first session, my dick feels a little sored but It dosent feel injured.

NEVER EVER GIVE UP If your EQ go down dont panic Ive got some good gains after my EQ go down just wait the next day and the EQ should be back If its not give him an extra day Off until you gain EQ Full back , Then maybe you have been overtraining or not enough HEATED your Unit. Begin Slow with low intensity Low number of rep Low grip . Intensify when you feel ready after several months No Rush !!. PE is a slow process Remember this
