    So! After much reading, I decided to give PE a try and started today! I started with the beginner's routine found here : Penis Enlargement Gym - Your First Penis Enlargement Routine

    Current stats :
    NBPEL : 4
    BPEL : 5
    EG @ base : 5,5
    EG under the glans : 4,5
    FL : 2

    Wanted stats :
    NBPEL : 6-7
    EG @ base : 6-7
    EG under the glans : 6-7
    FL : Not sure, maybe 4 inches would be nice
    BPEL : Don't really care BPEL is more of a mesurement matter for me.

    As my name states, I hope to reach 7 or at least 6 inches NBPEL. I also want to reach 6-7 EG both @ base and under my glans, or at least not more than 1/4 inches widder @ base. At first I had trouble streching and jelquing properly due to my really small flacid size but I managed to do it properly I guess.

    After my first session, my dick feels a little sored but It dosent feel injured.

      I just finished my second PE day! I feel less sore than I felt yesterday even if I went a little harder this time. I have to admit I really love pulling my cock!         welcome to PE. It's gonna be a long ass journey, but it'll be worth every hour invested once you reach that 7 inch.

        You will gain quickly at first, then your gains will slow down. You must not give up. It's crucial you persist in order to get that dream cock.

          Patience , Dedication , Rest , Supplements , Good techniques , ALOT OF WILL OF MIND , Keep your Workout POSITIVE your mind need to Visualize yourself having a big boner ! I personnaly visualize myself with a tape mesuring and see 7 Inch NEVER EVER GIVE UP If your EQ go down dont panic Ive got some good gains after my EQ go down just wait the next day and the EQ should be back If its not give him an extra day Off until you gain EQ Full back , Then maybe you have been overtraining or not enough HEATED your Unit. Begin Slow with low intensity Low number of rep Low grip . Intensify when you feel ready after several months No Rush !!. PE is a slow process Remember this I hope youll get nice gains Keep me informed

              Yeah I feel better now, and I felt better already before discovering that new PE world but I'm still not totally over it. I'm still seeing that girl and when she dosent get an orgasm when we have sex I still feel uneasy about my size even though she claims I'm the only guy who ever gave her one and she swears the size of the other guy had nothing to do with the fun she had with him. And there's still no way I'm walking naked in a gym shower either lol!

                When the new PE Gym 4.0 comes out (which is pretty soon), we're gonna post it as an article on the main site for people to read.

                      PEed for a 6th day last thursday(wrong count, I was to do 5 days then 2 off). I felt a little sore so I applied half the strenght I usually do. I'll rest 3 days instead of 2 since I exerciced 6 days in a row instead of 5. Should I do 5 days on then 2 days off or 3 days on then 1 day off?

                      I also score 5¼ BPEL now. Thats ¼ already! It gives me a lot of motivation to keep up.

                        I had to take a break from PE due to my tight schedule. I never realized how time consuming PE is. Anyways I did it today and I'm back in the game.

                              I'm not sure what you are asking, but I started PEing october 3rd with 5 BPEL and I hit 5,5 BPEL yesterday, november 2nd. I also had to take a 1 week break in the middle of october due to heavy work load.


                              Edit : Can't wait to PE again tonight. I'm so excited since I've reached 5.5 BPEL. I'm still at work and I've been thinking about it all day!
