    8 1/8" is the new normal when fully erect. I was able to push myself above 8 1/4" for a minute or two, but fell back to 8 1/8", which I lovingly refer to as 8.1".

    I haven't measured my girth though I can feel that it's still 5.5" mid-shaft and 6.25" at the base, if not larger now.

    I've read up on the TGC Theory a few times and I've determined that I'm limited by my smooth muscle, so I need to work on, primarily, girth exercises. I also need to work with them at a higher erection level than what I'm accustomed to. I usually work with 30-50%, but now I'll try 60-75%. I'm going to incorporate ulis at first, but then I plan to add LAS's as well. We'll see how it goes. Stay tuned.

      I've had some difficulty maintaining my routine, 5 on and 2 off. The past two weeks have been plagued with a few missing days here and there. I've been too busy to even set aside half an hour, but that will change soon.

      I did measure my girth yesterday to see if I'd lost anything, but I'd only gained. My mid-shaft (the entire shaft) is no longer 5.5" in circumference. I'm now just above 5.8". My base is still a bit above 6.25", but the mass is reassuring. I haven't gained any length; I'm still 8.1". That puts my total erect girth gain at just above .5" in two months.

      EDIT: Just did some calculations. In just two months I've gained about 9% in length. In total, I've gained about 34% in volume.

        I measured my girth again and, using a tape measure, I hit just above 5.75" in mid-shaft girth. That might be a more accurate assessment than the string. I prefer using the lower numbers, anyway.

          I switched up my routine yesterday to target length. I manually stretch mostly, but I do add about 15 minutes' worth of 20-40% EQ wet jelqing and focus on pulling as opposed to all-out squeezing. By the end of the 40 minute workout a red dot surfaced on my glans. How exciting! No matter how much pressure I applied during girth-centric workouts, I was never able to achieve a red dot anywhere.

          Over the course of a 2-3 week girth-centric workout, jelqing at 80% and throwing in a number of ulis, I was able to add .25" to my mid-shaft girth and a bit less than that to my base. I'm now 5.75" along the shaft and 6.25" at my base. If I sport a cock ring, my mid-shaft jumps up to 5.85" and my base skyrockets to 6.5". I've always been able to wrap my fingers around the entirety of my base, but with a cock ring I can't.

          Focusing on manual stretching should earn me some solid fractions of an inch over the coming week or two. I want to give a length-centric workout at least two weeks' worth of effort before judging it, if not longer. I've been able to flex to 8.25" after a girth workout, but I want 8.25" to be the new norm. I'll update with measurements again soon.

            Since rotating to a length-based manual stretching only routine, I've seen slight length gains. I'm now officially 8.25" in length--with the ruler turned vertically, no less.

            One thing I've noticed recently is that my penis now has an upward angle. I was always perpendicular or slightly less than 90 degrees from my body when fully erect, now I'm a little bit less. This makes measuring length a game of somewhat diminishing returns. Though I may have increased my length from 8.1" to 8.25", the entirety of my shaft is not in line with the ruler. To put it geometrically, despite pressure with my fingers, my penis is determined to act as the hypotenuse of the triangle that is formed when measuring from the edge of my pubic bone. This has, undoubtedly and measurably, seemingly reduced my gains. If, however, I keep the ruler lodged at the edge of my pubic bone and shift my torso's angle backward just a little to line the entirety of my shaft up with the ruler, I edge just beyond 8.5". Note that this number didn't come out of thin air, I've had this length for some time but just never noticed it until I looked at my ruler in a mirror and witnessed the triangular effect. It has become more exaggerated as of late due to an increase in EQ--the source of the measurement issues.

            I've discussed this with other forum members and each of them has said that I should use the latter measurement as my real measurement, that I'm technically 8.5".

            I'll stick with the 'conservative' 8.25" though.

              I'm going on a break from PE for a week to let my penis breathe a little.

              My measurements before this break were as follows:

              NBPEL: 7.6"
              BPEL: 8.25"
              BEG: 6.25"
              MEG: 5.65" (loss of .1" as I increased my length from 8.1" to 8.25")

              Once this week ends, I'm going to get back to girth-centric exercises. I switched from the girth-centric routine to one that revolved around length, but noticed that my penis was thinner overall and my erection quality plummeted a point or two. I'm going to stick with girth exercises to get my 5.75" back. I'm going to push it further and see if I can snag something around 5.8" and ultimately cement it.

              The only thing I'm worried about is that if I can push myself up to 6" in girth, I won't be able to reach my 9" BPEL goal. Some members have written that once you make a decent amount of girth-wise gain, gaining length becomes more difficult. Anyone have any thoughts?

                  My break will officially be over as of this Monday. I measured today and I've reverted back to my old standard length. I now measure 8.1" in length and ever-so-slightly above 5.5" in terms of girth.

                  BPEL: 8.1"

                  Ugh. This sucks. I'm going to restart my routine and stick to length-centric workouts that revolve around various types of stretches. I'll polish off each routine with 20-25 minutes of jelqing and, at times, 15 minutes of edging and ballooning with a cock ring just to add that extra umph. I'm also adding piss pulls throughout the day; I've read that these are an excellent supplement to any workout.

                  I'm considering purchasing a hanging rig or making my own captain's wench. Shouldn't it be winch? Maybe I'm crazy. I have a feeling that hanging could blast me up to a solid 8.5" in less than a month and a half to two months. 9" would then be within reach.

                  Who knows.

                  I've also recently been hired on as a full time employee at a corporation. I wonder what cubicle life will be like. Either way, if it's just right, I might use an extender at work.

                    I did some light PE on both Saturday and Sunday, just enough to refresh myself from the break. Today, however, I hit the stretching hard.

                    I realized that when I do the circle stretches, I don't exert much force when pulling downward. I've rectified that and the stretch feels far more effective.

                    I measured again today during my edging session and I'm already back up to 8.25" in length; I pushed just above 8.33" a few times but will consider those measurements outliers. I applied the newly official PEGym BPEL measuring video's technique and came out somewhere between 8.5" and 8.75". Ridiculous. Quite an awful way to measure yourself.

                    I measured my NBPEL for the first time: 7.75" I wonder what it was like before I began PE.

                    My new BPFSL is 8.75".

                    Additionally, I measured my morning flaccid length: 6".
                    My flaccid girth in the morning hovers around 5.1" to 5.2".

                    Throughout the day, however, my flaccid measurement is almost always 5"x5".

                    Flaccid length measurements are taken when standing. My penis is perpendicular to the floor.

                      I suggest starting out with a captains wench to see if you even like hanging. I have just recently moved from a wench to the BIB hardcore and the BIB is amazing! I did gain a half an inch with the captains wench. Hanging is a great way to add length and with your consistency you should be able to do well. Good luck!
