So I started about 8 weeks ago, this being my 8th, I followed the routine from "exercising the penis" book, 5 weeks basic and then beyond, now I'm doing about 5 - 10 mins stretch 30 sec in each direction + rotations , 12-15 min jelq(regular and V) and 5 mins girth (flaccid bend and squeeze) but I don't know I don't feel or C any improvement, I hear people who after 8 weeks had big gains or at least the flaccid size, for me I don't think it's ok, after 8 weeks

    someone have any advice?

    greetings

Are you Heating up properly before working out?

Are you applying ample force/tension during the exersizes?

What's your erection level during jelqs?

How's your overall EQ aside from exersizing?

Are you using vitamins and supplements?

Are you Heating up properly before exersizing? The number one mistake I believe people make is not Heating up properly before exersizing. Without heating up properly, you aren't adequately breaking down the collagen (holds the cells together) so if its not damaged it will not repair (grow). You should HEAT up at least 10-15 minutes prior to a workout, as hot as you can stand without burning yourself.

You should jelq at a lower erection level, 30-60%........................This leaves more room for expansion and enhances growth.

Neither of those enzymes are any good if you are Vitamin C deficient as it is a catalyst for them to work. Do you take a multivitamin?
Also the B vitamins are important.

Edging and the proper supplements could get your EQ up. A strong blood flow is a must for enlargement. The blood not only fills the penis but it also feeds the tissue and removes the waste. Good circulation will enhance the repair process. Many report veins and arteries getting visibly larger which is a sign of very good circulation stimulated by exersize.

yes I normally heat up very well, and since I've started the veins started popping out, big ones and small, I'm also taking Zinc and vitamin B

Are you battling the turtling or do you just let it turtle (shrink up) when it wants to? Turtling should be discouraged at all times such as using fowfers when sitting or lying down and wrapping during the day.
