Ok! I completed my first month of a very regular PE practice. Newbie gains seem to have manifested themselves, much like a lot of the veterans said they would. I started this month at a NBPEL of 6.0 and a EG of 4.3/4. New size is NBPEL 6.1/4 and EG 5.1/8. Feeling good about this experience.
I took measurements several years ago and was around EG 5 and EL was 6.75. Looking forward to getting back up there. I started smoking again about two years ago and I wonder if that is not part of the reason for the loss. Might be age too.... Hard to say, but the only way to prove it is to quit the cigs and keep up with the exercises.
I have a pretty simple routine. 24 minutes of clock stretches, 15 minutes of flaccid jelqing and then a session with the Bathmate in the bathtub.
I find the following good things have occurred in the last month:
1- My EQ is much better.
2- My Girlfriend is moaning a LOT more than a month ago.
3- My flaccid size is much fatter and longer during the day, as each week of exercise passes the better my bulge is too.
4- My libido really seems to be in a better state.
Following downsides:
1- Losing about 4-5 hours a week to practice (this is not so bad really)
2- My willie sometimes aches and has weird tingling sensations.
3- My willie is also suddenly hyper sensitive and I am a little worried about maybe inducing Premature Ejaculation??? Is this possible? Hard to say, I speculate that part of the increased sensitivity is just the nerve endings and blood vessels getting worked out in a way they have never been, and that maybe some new endings are growing in to adapt to the newer sizes and these newer nerve endings are closer to the skin than the old? Who knows.
The downsides certainly don't stop me from feeling like I can get where I want to go. My goal is pretty simple: 7-7.25 NBPEL and 5.5-6 EG. Hopefully my routine will continue to bear some fruit. I am especially interested in seeing how the gains accrue when I go off the cigarettes and coffee next week. I doubt much will show up in the first few days, but I may be surprised.
I was certainly skeptical of all this PE stuff, but as I approach my 46th year I felt I had nothing to lose in giving it a try. I work from home so I have a lot of private time and therefore don't have the excuse of not being able too do a routine at all. It is certainly helpful to see some progress right out of the start, I can see that coupled with the big time commitment and slow process why so many might start and give up after a while.
Once again thanks to all the community members for sharing so openly about their practice and results, it has been really helpful for to be able to resolve and any questions I have about this endeavor.
Regards!
