    I'm officially on summer break and off my "break" from PE. I now want to shift my focus back to making my dick as big as it can get. I figure the best way to hold myself accountable is to record every session and inform the good people of PEGym on how I do my exercises in the process.

    Hopefully I will have an account of my PE actions later tonight, when my gf goes to sleep. Hopefully I'll also get some solid baseline measurements - I should be at 7.9" BPEL x 6.5" MEG like I have been for the past month or so.

    I'm interested to see how my penis reacts to intense exercises now that it has been through intense PE in the past. I haven't done intense, diligent exercises in a long time, probably half a year.

    I don't have any specific goals but it will be nice to get to 8" and maybe 8.5" if I'm lucky! The girth is kind of just a bonus at this point.

    So I took BPEL/MEG measurements this morning and I'm at about the same point. 7.9 x 6.5. My goal for this summer is going to be 8.5" BPEL.

    I did about 20 minutes of intense stretches and erect swings with a 10 min workout of light stretches and swings and a short massage at the end with swings.

    I ejaculated at the end and it was the weakest I have experienced in awhile(like since my "break"). I'll take that as a sign that my exercises were effective. My penis feels good as the moment, my ligs are very loose.

      I've been on the road the past week, but managed to get in a few workouts. 2 moderate stretch sessions totaling about 30 minutes a piece and 2 light stretch sessions totaling about 20 minutes a piece.

      That makes for a total of 1 hour and 40 minutes in the last week or so. It doesn't feel like enough, but it was enough to get back into the rhythm of things and condition my unit a bit for more intense, "experimental" exercises.

      I also ran twice and plan on running today.

        Spent the weekend celebrating my girlfriends birthday, got one 20 minute session in of moderate stretches. Had sex today and plan on doing light stretches for 15 minutes and running.

        This will make a grand total of 2 hours, 45 minutes PE so far, broken down like so: 65 minutes light stretches, 80 minutes of moderate stretches, and 20 minutes of intense stretches and swings.

        I consider this the "reconditioning" phase. From now on I will be doing more PE, maybe double what I did in the past two weeks. That would be about 3 hours a week, broken down into maybe 90 minutes intense, 30 moderate and 60 light. That will make 3 30 minute intense sessions, 3 20 minute light sessions and 2 15 minute moderate sessions.

        Here's the plan
        Monday: 30 minutes intense,
        Tuesday: 20 minutes light
        Wednesday: 30 minutes intense
        Thursday: Rest or 20 minutes light, 15 minutes moderate
        Friday: Rest or 20 minutes light, 15 minutes moderate
        Saturday: 30 minutes intense
        Sunday: 20 minutes light, 15 minutes moderate

        Today is Tuesday. I planned on doing 15 minutes of light stretches, but 20 it is! I will probably follow this schedule for 2 weeks and then add in exercises as desired. 30 minutes intense tomorrow, I'm excited!

        Measuring soon... it feels bigger but who knows!?

          Did my intense session I had scheduled for today. Looked something like this:

          10 minutes erect stretches
          10 minutes erect swings
          10 minutes intense erect stretches behind the crack and under the leg.

          Then I cooled down in the shower. This was all after a weightlifting session.

                Erect swings are done side-to-side or up-and-down. I do them with no grip and my hips or with a grip close to the base. Very simple. As with any erect exercise, be careful not to surpass your limits.

                  Getting back into intense PE feels so good. Rock-hard erections, random boners like I haven't had since I went through puberty, and measurable growth! My penis is very happy with me

                    After going to school and running today, I'm really looking forward to my intense exercises tonight as a way to relax my muscles/mind and put my penis to work.

                    I hope 8" isn't too big for intense exercises, lolololol

                      Good on ya, buddy. I'm getting back into PE for the summer in a big bad way, just like you are. Good luck with the .5" length gain, thats what I'm trying for. Maybe we can compare notes over the course of the next few months.

                        Didn't do as much as I planned on this month, but gains are steady on the rise. I'm at 8.1" BPEL and hopefully I'll be at 8.25" by the end on next month.

                        I would estimate I did 8 intense exercises, 8 moderate and 8 light exercises. That is about half of what I had scheduled. Not good, but I have been doing well on real exercises and school, and real life comes before making-my-penis-giant life.

                          I'm getting off my short break tonight by measuring and doing some intense exercises. I haven't really done any sessions for the last week but I did a moderate one last night for about 15 minutes and it felt great.

                            I have probably done a total of 11 hours since starting this thread and have gained 0.2" BPEL and 0.1" MEG. I would say this is more efficient than when I first got into more intense PE and was doing up to 10 hours a week!

                            I will assume that 10 hours of PE over a month is much more effective than 10 hours of PE over a week. However, I'm pretty sure after 10 hours of my new exercise regimen in a week, I would have a dead dick.
