    Both to a degree. I have adjusted orally and mostly vaginally but certain positions are no go or we have to modify. We are in the BDSM lifestyle and enjoy plenty of gymnastic positions, some are just to painful now, even when we use our Tantra chair.

      Good to know, I find interesting positions really add a lot but I haven't done anything remotely bdsm :P I love your tagline in your signature though safe sane and consensual.         Great thread mate! Just got a few questions for you.

        1. Do you do any cardio exercises for blood circulation?
        2. Do you take any supplements?
        3. Roughly how long does your routine take?

          1. I don't currently do any cardio exercises.
          2. I don't currently take any supplements. I started to take Butchers Broom but didn't take it long.
          3. When I was doing just the JP90 it took approx. 45 minutes. Of course adding the pumping and other things later added time.

            Sorry guys. I haven't been posting here lately since I haven't had anything to add. I haven't been consistent enough in my PE to make any further gains mainly due to a crazy workload. I'm still more than happy to answer questions though.

              Thank you very much for sharing your experience. And thank you for Mrs. Looking4more for inspiring you to do it . There are a lot of wonderful posts on this site that deserve credit, but I particularly like this one for its simplicity and readability. It is clear and straight to the point.
              Your routine is also easy-to-follow and straight forward.

              I find it interesting that (as far as I can understand) you've done relatively little edging, yet made amazing gains. If I may ask, do you have frequent sex?
              Some believe that edging is essential, but I've been wondering if people who are lucky enough to have frequent sex don't need it...

                Frequent sex? Oh yes!
                Time permitting, we try and have sex daily and sometimes more often especially on weekends.
                Of course we go through dry spells due to her work schedule and other things life throws at us but still try our best.
                During the time I made those gains, I don't think I ever did any edging. I do occasionally now though.

                    Re MrsLooking4more, your husband is a lucky man. My partner has become interested in a certain type of BDSM. Looks like I will start the learning "the ropes".

                          Really nice simple routine L4M, thanks for sharing.
                          I've tried this the last 2 days (just with dry jelqing due to privacy) and this morning my morning wood just wouldn't subside.
                          can't wait till I get chance to do some proper lubricated sets. Its a nice and simple routine with nothing too extreme going on. Like you I've never really felt great with the V-jelqs by comparison to regular but have done them anyway as its part of the JP90.
                          Will see how this goes

                            I've got a question for ya L4M. When you decided to cut off the V jelqs from JP's routine, did you increase the number of normal jelqs or you continued to do 150 normal jelqs?

                              I increased the number of normal jelqs to take the place of the V jelqs.
