  • Sydneys PE progress log

    Hi,

    I'm new to PEGym and wanted to start a log of my progress to share. I'm 35 Australian, and started looking into penile enlargement strategies about 6 months ago. I started with manual stretches and jelking for about 1hr morning and night. After about 2 months with little or no change I bought a traction device. I stayed with my 1hr routine morning and night with a light jelk after for about 4 months and achieved 1/4 inch increase in length and girth. I have just bought a bib hanger and I'm into my 4-5th week. I'm hanging 2hrs a day, BTC, reaching fatigue on my first set at 3kg. I'm using a traction wrap during the day and resting during the night. I'm sticking to a 7 day routine, mo rest days.

    Well, I'll see how it go's and post my results monthly.

    Cheers

    Be careful not to overtrain, your routine has no rest days which can become problematic but if your EQ is good and you're making gains the continue with this by all means.
    Current
    BPEL=6.3(16cm)
    Goal
    BPEL=7.4 (19cm)

      Superyo:

      Thanks, I also thought this might be a problem. I originally had 2 rest days while using a traction device and light jelking. Ive been advised to drop the rest days while hanging, which seems ok, since I can increase my hanging time + I hang morning and night with a 13hr gap in-between, so I feel like Ive healed somewhat, still a little sore but feel ok to hang again.

        August Update:
        stopped hanging in mid July due to numbness of the gland (penis head.) I was having problems with numbness for 3-4 weeks, basically not long after my last post which was mid June. I started using the Bib hanger in mid May, and was hanging 3-4 kg for 2 hrs a day by around mid June. Once the numbness started I responded by dropping the weight to 2.5kg and made sure my technique and wrapping was ok. Convinced my technique was sound I was really stumped on what was causing the problem. The numbness was causing havoc to my sex life...so I decided to stop hanging. After about 3-4 weeks, sensation returned to normal (thank god!!!)

        I've decided to start hanging again, this time with two changes. I felt the problem started when I switched to BTC angle, so I have changed my primary angle to SD for the time being (I hope to go back to BTC if all goes well.) The other change is to stay at a low weight of 2.5kg...so in summary my routine is:

        7 days per week, 2 hrs per day (3 x 20 min sets in the morning and again at night.) With a traction wrap during the day (which I take off every now and then.)

        Measurements are as follows:
        BPEL = unchanged at 6.5"
        NBPEL = dropped to 4.94" from 5.13" (Ive put on some weight..fat pad has increased, which may explain this.)
        Girth at midcentre = dropped to 4.88" from 5" (dont know why, assume due to a massive reduction in hanging hours.)

          September update:

          General progress notes:

          Been taking it easy this month (achieve 52% of my PE routine...about an hour a day at low weights,) after the 'numb' scare last month. Had no problems this month staying at SD angle with low weight of max 2.5kg. Discovered the 'numb' problem was with my hanging routine not the actual bib attachment or wrap. Ive now shifted to the idea/technique of 'weight training' whereby I start off with a warmup on low weights (50-
          60% of my max weight), building up to my maximum weight within the first set, then in the final sets I drop the weight (if need be) and 'ride' the fatigue. Warming up on a low weight allows your internals to stretch out before applying the heavy weight.

          Another problem is with the tightening of the hanger, which may have caused 'numbness'. Over the last month Ive found I don't need to tighten the bib hanger as much as other guys techniques. Once the bib hanger is closed I tighten 3-4 half turns then start to 'tug and tighten' the bib hanger forward to form the 'shoulders', once I feel the grip is adequate to hold the weight I stop. There is no need to tighten to slight discomfort....Ive found this may have contributed to my injury.

          Also Ive set up a new format to my progress posts, so I can keep consistent with my posted information, cheers.

          Next month goals:

          • Increase my gym time and good nutrition
          • Achieve 100% of my hanging routine
          • Experiment with the BTC angle again
          • Up my maximum weight by 10%

          Current routine:

          7 days per week, 2 hrs per day (3 x 20 min sets in the morning and again at night.)
          Primary angle: SD
          Maximum weight: 2.5kg
          With a traction wrap during the day (which I take off every now and then.)
          Gym: 4 times a week

          Hanging workout breakdown:
          Warm-up: 5 min @ 1.25kg
          Set 1: 20min @ 2.5kg

          Break: 3min
          Set 3: 20min @ 2.5kg
          Warm-down: Light jelk 5 min

          BPEL = unchanged at 6.5"
          NBPEL = unchanged at 4.94"
          Girth at midcentre = unchanged at 4.88"

            October update:

            General progress notes:

            Been taking it easy again this month (achieve 4
            6% of my PE routine...about an hour a day at low weights, 2.5kg max.) Tried switching between BTC angle with no problems except reducing the weight and achieving fatigue earlier. At about an hour a day or 7 hours a week I expect little or no progress, however, its been about getting my technique right and increasing body fitness. Goals for November include getting back to about 14 hrs a week PE time and about an hour in the gym every day. The only change this month was to set a new gym target to 7 days a week.

            Cheers

            Next month goals:

            • Achieve greater than 75% of my gym routine

              November update:

              General progress notes:

              Another month of taking it easy (achieved 60% of my PE routine...about 8.4 hrs per week.) Its an improvement on last months hanging hours however the hours have been erratic due to other commitments. Ive missed days and then done catch up hours which is not ideal. As a result I have go gains for the month. Gym time has only been 29% of my routine (about 2 times a week,) + poor eating habits due to work load. For December my aim is to get on top of my hanging hours, gym time and nutrition, I should then get back to making some gains (fingers crossed.)

                December update:

                General progress notes:

                This month Ive been focused on nutrition and building a good workout routine. The biggest thing getting in the way of making gains this year has been motivation and commitment, so Ive been focused on making a number of big changes to my diet and physique. Ive upgraded my gym and done allot of reading into nutrition and exercise. Ive bought new body composition scales...so I can start to monitor my body fat %. As a result my PEGym stats are pretty poor this month, however I'm organized and set for 2014. My focus over the next few months will be reducing body fat % with is currently 33.4%...this will result is easy gains. Parallel to this will be committing to my hanging routine. Lastly Ive changed my updates to the beginning of each month.

                Cheers

                  January update:

                  Measurements and Stats are as follows:
                  BPEL = 6.56" (1/18" increase)
                  NBPEL = 5.00" (1/18" increase)
                  Girth at midcentre = 4.88" (unchanged)
                  FL = 3.50" (1/4" increase)
                  PE routine: 81% (43% increase over last month, 11.35hr per week)
                  Gym routine: 80% completed (40% increase over last month, 5.6 times per week)
                  Body fat %: 30.2% (3.2% decrease)

                  General progress notes:

                  Good overall progress this month. Good gains on flaccid length as Ive been consistent with my traction wrapping. Only 3% of January days having no hang time. 45% of days have been less than my set hanging time. I've also been hanging more at BTC with no injury issues. Reviewing my progress for 2013 shows I made good gains when I completed my routine, lost gains when I missed days and suffered no results when I'm highly inconsistent. With work and relationships commitments this month I've found it pretty hard to be consistent. However I've found that on busy days when I cannot hang I try to get in at least 20-40min and reach fatigue early and then use a traction wrap for the rest of the day....this seems to be working. On good days I can settle in for a 3-4 hr hang at low weight to make some good gains.

                  Cheers
