  • This is for me, Not for you!

    I will be beginning my PE journey today for real.

    Reading through the forum, I have taken to a modified JP 90 Routine that will be in combination with TGC Theory.

    My current stats are...

    EQ 8.5-9.0
    6.4 BPEL
    4.5 MEG
    7.0 BPFSL (after warm up)

    Seeing many of the success stories and progress made by many of the members here ( pun intended). Has encouraged me to take PE seriously.

    I am working out. Eating right and overall starting to worry less about the little things.

    I believe I am just above average, and truthfully my manhood can do the job. I know this, but like my title says.

      Yeah you can do this! Just take your time dont rush and most important dont stop after a few weeks.

        I'll be keeping everything consistent for the first three months and will evaluate my progress every 2 weeks.

        Keeping track of EQ, EL, and EG.

        I should also add that I will be doing 10 minute edging sessions after each work set. Gradually increasing the time and only releasing every third session.

        I don't have a porn addiction so no AP90 for me.

          You believe that you have 8.5-9 EQ?

          Wait till you get 3-5 weeks deep in PE. You'll see what a real 9 feels like. I thought I had 8.5 erections too. Not even close. 9s can cut stone.

            Easier said than done. PE is like working out, did you really workout by running 4+ miles a day for 3months without quitting, to get the perfect summer body? I am just gonna tell you right here right now, it's gonna be tough. Good luck, I hope it's not only talk coming out from you, but that you will actually follow up and be consistent and don't give up. We all wish the best for you!

              Update: Day 1. 06/24/2013

              Warm Up

              10 Minute Shower Head
              1 Minute Stretches Clock Style
              Heli Shakes L to R

              1. Proceeded with a light Jelqing Session for 10 Minutes. It was more like 15 minutes as the amount of baby oil that had to be used and the best angle of attack had to be assessed. My member goes left so going right helped to prevent skin pulling. Once I was consistent the 10 minute session went well.

              2. Next I proceeded to do a light 2 Minute V- Jelq session. Keeping pressure as even throughout.

              3. Next I edged for 10 minutes. I have done edging before for evaluation purposes and have found that when I am getting close to the PONR and glands are being hit right I begin to kegel involuntarily. I recognize this as a need to reverse kegel routine as it helps to relax the spasms. I have found doing so also, very weakly I might add. Has helped to relax the urge to release. I did not release and plan on keeping it that way until my third session. To note I edged standing up. Also I found my EQ to be around a 6.5-7.5. I am not satisfied with this. But I attribute this to a lack of privacy as I know I can achieve an EQ of 8-9. EQ 10's were long ago and will come again soon.

              I look forward to any tips. Please share your insight and knowledge. It is much appreciated.

                Just a quick addendum... Will be adding Tennis Ball Massages to my routine. I know my pelvic floor needs balancing. And my RK is extremely weak. From what I was reading.

                How do you edit post through mobile???

                  10 M Light Jelqing Session

                  10 M Edging... Bad edging session ended releasing (dribbling) so I just finished up and shot the rest out. EQ was only 6.5-7.0, this will hopefully get worked on.

                  I am trying my best to stay away from my glands and only stay on the shaft but my hands are big 7.75" long ( I'm 5'4")... I think they are big for my size. But it's not helpful. Any tips?

                      Session 3

                      Put in a good Midnight PE Session.

                      Edging went good for 11 minutes but went a few minutes over board and released. So failed edging session.

                      Feeling a good hang and pump.

                        Session 4 Done

                        Jelqing and Warmup Felt much better, quality wise best so far. Nice consistent strokes.

                        Edging is being a bit more elusive going to have to focus more on my pelvic balance and breathing.

                          Ok so I've given it a lot of thought onto exactly how Id like my whole PE/ Strength Training program to go.

                          10 M Warm Up Minimum
                          1 M Stretches 12, 1, 3, 5, 6, 7, 9, 11 O'clock, and SO.
                          Heli Shakes 20 R to L
                          10 M Lite Jelq Session
                          10-15 M Edging No Release.

                          I am one week in and feeling good so far. I plan to keep the above routine for 2 more weeks and my 4th week be what's called a Deload week. Where all exercises are cut in half. Except for warm up and edging.

                          Having a Deload week is great for those who decide to do a 5/2 schedule as this will be the main component of 'active recovery'. And can be adapted by anyone with any routine.

                              Ok guys couldn't resist and did some measuring this morning. Session 6 will be later today.

                              Original measurements...

                              6.5" BPEL ( calculated ruler gap) *

                              4.5" MEG ( Accurately 11.35 cm)*

                              * pretty sure my EQ was up high when I took these measurement.

                              07/01/13 Unofficial Measurements

                              6.625" BPEL(+ 1/8" or 0.125")
                              4.625" MEG (+ 1/8" or 0.125")

                              I can neither confirm nor deny the validity of these gains at this time. Until such time, an investigation will be done to accurately assess these findings.
