2013 is half over and some have made great gains, good gains, little gains, and no gains. I challenge everyone to make a goal for the next six months. I want them to be realistic but not too easy to achieve. I want you to post your goal on here and I will hold you accountable by putting your goal on the second post. In three months I will contact everyone in the second post to hold them accountable. Then three months later I will find out if we have obtained our goals.
Research shows that people obtain their goals when they are shorter in duration and when someone holds them accountable. By making this thread you are holding me accountable to achieve my goals. For that help, I want to also hold you accountable for your goals.
Also, your goal doesn't have to be measurements...it can be increased EQ, less ED, restored foreskin,anything that involves PE. You can update your stats along the way. You don't have to wait till the 3 month and 6 month check in. Just post your new stat and I will update it in post #2.
This thread is meant to help men now and later. If you have any tips or suggestions regarding your journey that can help other men, please post it hear. If you want to show routine or how long you have been doing PE, then post it.
Beginners...What better way to see results of how PE works. This thread is filled with beginners and vets tracking their progress for all to see. I recommend subscribing to this thread and reading up on PE in the meantime. When you are ready to start your journey, write a post with your goals.
