It's going to be very hard to visually notice an increase of anything less than 1/4"...perhaps even 1/2"...because you are looking down at it virtually every day. Two things will tell the tale: let your ruler and tape measure do the talking, and take pictures (even if you don't want to upload them). Stay confident. This stuff works if you just let it <----This coming from me who hasn't made any gains.
